Occupational load concerning the animators in travel agency

This bachelor thesis is dedicated to the issues of occupational load concerning the animators in tourist industry. The aim is to find out whether animators from one selected tourist agency experience extreme workload or stress during their work and what does that cause to them. I also focused on their satisfaction with working conditions created by their employer. The first step of thesis was studying literary sources and creating literary research.Within the framework of the practical part I have carried out a survey and structured interview with animators from a particular tourist agency. Thanks to this I was able to find out to what extend are the animators satisfied with their working conditions, whether they suffer under too much strain and stress and what alternatively causes this stress. I also answered the question: "How do you deal with such circumstances?"
Gender issue in police armedforces

This bachelor´s thesis deals with the Gender issue in the armed police forces. I focused on the differences in the position of men and women working for the Police ČR which could affect career of the policewomen. I also pick the gender stereotypes which predetermine the women for certain posts and tasks. Result of my work is the review of the questionnaire and the suggested solution which should lead women to posts, not yet, fully occupied by them. The theoretical part of my thesis defines terms as: gender, gender stereotypes, the characteristic of labor relations, principles of equal treatment and non discrimination.The main part contains the status of women in labor relations and the special position of pregnant women , nursing women and mothers within nine months after child delivery in labor law in selected institutions. The bachelor´s thesis is based on the current legislation of women position in labor relations and reflects the legal situation valid till 1.9.2013.

The aim of this Bachelor's Thesis is to analyse the system of care for employees in the company VEBA a. s., to identify strengths, and possibly the weaknesses of the applied system, and to propose appropriate measures to solve the identified problems. The theoretical part represents the basis for achieving the set objectives and it introduces the description of components of employee care. In the practical part there are the findings from the theoretical part applied at the mentioned company. Subsequently, the results of the comparison of employee benefits are presented as well as the results of the employee satisfaction survey. Finally, the outputs of an interview with the Personnel Director of the company are introduced.
Analysis of employee care in company

The theme of this Bachelor thesis is an analysis of employee care. The purpose of the thesis is to break down each of both mandatory and voluntary segments that comprise company employee care and to suggest adopting measures that could improve that existent employee care and amplify employees' well-being on the workplace. A part of the thesis is also a survey among the employees and a SWOT analysis. The first part of the Bachelor thesis is focused on mandatory and voluntary employee care in theory. The key terms are defined using literature and the Act No. 262/2006 Coll., Labour Code. In the introduction to the practical part of the thesis the company being analysed is introduced and subsequently the application of measures regarding employee care is presented. A piece of the practical part are also the findings of the survey done by method of a questionaire, that was to ascertain the level of happiness of the employees under the current measures and a SWOT analysis. Measures that could lead to improving the existing conditions are recommended on the basis of the ascertained data.
Stress factors arising from the profession

The main aim of this bachelor work, which called Stress factors arising from the profession, is to explore stress factors in the workplace. In the theoretical part of this thesis were summarized issues of stress, symptoms of stress, stress and healthy, types of stressors, stress factors in the workplace and stress management.The selected research mehtodology was a questionnaire surfy. The research was focused on the speeches of employees, work enviroment and stress management. The workers were uncontrolly interviewed. The questionnaire was filled in by a total of 232 respondents. All respondents were workers who are in daily contact with customers. The data were evaluated overall and made into tables and graphs which were followed by particular results and discussions on individual issues.Based on the results we can say that many factors contribute to work stress. Some factors are more important than others, but each can be influential. Main factors are customers, poor working conditions, lack of job security, poor relationships with co-workers or supervizor, too much responsibility for people or for things, salary or extremely difficult tasks.
The Level of Awareness of Employees in the Selected Construction Companies about Inclusion in the Category of Work and Medical Facility that Provides them with Preventive Care

The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part of the paper summarizes findings of construction industry, works classification, selected risk factors of working conditions, health protection measures and the legislation in this field. This section is processed by the secondary analysis of data taken from literature, legislation and websites. In the practical part of the study, quantitative research was used, the interview method was selected and the data collection technique was that of a questionnaire. 270 questionnaires were distributed, 215 of them were returned back, the return rate was 75%. The questionnaire contained 16 questions. They were submitted in a preprinted form to be filled in writing by employees of selected medium-sized construction companies. The questions were aimed at identifying the respondents, at finding their views and knowledge. The aim of this study was to create a list of professions that are used in construction industry, on the example of selected construction companies, to characterize the actual or potential exposure to risk factors regarding individual professions, and to determine how much the company employees are informed of the way preventive care measures are provided. Two hypotheses were set. Hypothesis 1, workers are informed in which work category they are classified, has not been confirmed. The research results have shown that a great number of employees do not remember that they were informed of the category into which their work had been classified. Hypothesis 2, workers are informed of the preventive care measures provision, has been confirmed. The employees proved that they had been sufficiently informed about the medical facility providing them with preventive care. The research results will be forwarded to employers who, based on these findings, may take measures to increase their employees' knowledge in the field.
Teachers` working conditions in Russia and the Czech Republic

This thesis concerns issues of teachers` working conditions in Russia and the Czech Republic. Its goal is to analyze selected working conditions and point out some of the current problems within the teaching profession. Theoretical part includes mostly the historical development of the teachers` working conditions and also the basic terminology regarding the topic of the thesis. Practical part presents, summarizes and interprets outcomes of researches in the fields of prestige of the teachers` profession, financial remuneration of teachers and aggression of students against their teachers. Thesis represents findings which goal is to critically describe development and the state of the working conditions of teachers' profession in the two analyzed countries.

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is an analysis of care of employees in a company Teplárna Otrokovice, plc. First part is theoretical, using literature and than its application in the practical part. The introduction of the practical part is focused on the comparison of care of employees in Teplárna Otrokovice plc. with the care of employees at the Tomas Bata company. This company I chose due to the regional specific. The analysis was made on the basis of collective agreements, organizational directives, personal visit and interviews with employees. It focuses on working conditions, development and education, motivation and reward, care services in the workplace and occupational health services. The final section summarizes the results of the analysis based on critical thinking with proposal solution to identified discrepancy between the interests of employees and employers.

This Bachelor's Thesis analyzes the care for employees in the company G4S Cash Solutions (CZ), a.s. The aim of this study is to analyze and assess individual components of care for employees, or propose measures to improve the current system. The theoretical part defines basic concepts needed to deal with the issue and creates a basis for the practical part. Its content is the meaning, structure and trends in care for employees. The practical part is focused on finding the current state of care for employees in the company mentioned. It includes a survey questionnaire method, which aims to determine employee satisfaction with the actual system. Based on these findings, I recommend steps to increase the effectiveness of this system to achieve a positive future development of care for employees.
