Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat systém péče o zaměstnance ve firmě VEBA a. s., identifikovat přednosti aplikovaného systému, popřípadě jeho nedostatky a navrhnout vhodná opatření k řešení zjištěných problémů. Teoretická část představuje podklad pro dosažení stanoveného cíle, jsou zde obecně popsány jednotlivé složky péče o zaměstnance. V praktické části jsou aplikovány poznatky z teoretické části na zadanou firmu. Následně jsou zde prezentovány jak výsledky srovnání zaměstnaneckých výhod, tak výsledky průzkumu spokojenosti. Na závěr jsou uvedeny výstupy z rozhovoru s personálním ředitelem firmy. The aim of this Bachelor's Thesis is to analyse the system of care for employees in the company VEBA a. s., to identify strengths, and possibly the weaknesses of the applied system, and to propose appropriate measures to solve the identified problems. The theoretical part represents the basis for achieving the set objectives and it introduces the description of components of employee care. In the practical part there are the findings from the theoretical part applied at the mentioned company. Subsequently, the results of the comparison of employee benefits are presented as well as the results of the employee satisfaction survey. Finally, the outputs of an interview with the Personnel Director of the company are introduced.
