The thesis focuses on the analysis of the current production system on the production line BS Unit in the company Daikin Device Czech Republic, s.r.o. in terms of material flow and move of worker. The main outcome is the proposal of precaution for improvement of the currently production of proces.The first part of the thesis describes the basic terms and methods from the field of industrial engineering. These findings are then used for data analysis and for the solution proposal in the analytical part.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the material flow analysis in the company. Various methods of analysis are used in the analytical part, in order to determine whether the component is meant to be stored in the shelf or whether it will be picked at the request. The practical part will analyze the material flow of a specific production line. The appropriate changes in the material stock in the production area will be suggested based on the analysis. The quantity and the method of material ordering from the warehouse will be defined for the material stored in the shelf.

The subjec matter of this diploma thesis is designing a material flow logic of an automated storage and retrieval system to the producion area of a plant. The logic control is visualised by a flow chart and a matrix of experiments is compiled to evaluate the AS/RS functionality. This diploma thesis deals with packaging materials in company Frauenthal Automotive Hustopeče, s. r. o., specifically proposals to improve the storage, flow and use of packaging material with limited storage capacity. The first part contains the theoretical basis of the work. The second part includes a presentation of the company and an analysis of the current situation. In the last part, own solutions to current shortcomings in the company are proposed.
Workplace layout design

The topic of the thesis is the design of workplace layout to improve the handling between workplaces in ABB s. r.o. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the concepts of lean enterprise and workplace layout. The analytical part analyses the workplace layout together with the production process and ergonomic conditions in the workplace. Furthermore, the work activities at the individual workplaces are analysed. Based on the identified shortcomings in the analytical part, suitable and feasible solutions are proposed. In the conclusion of the thesis, the overall benefits and economic costs of the project are evaluated.
Optimal layout of technological workplaces at Slovarm

The purpose of this thesis is the layout optimalization of workplaces within the firm Slovarm Ltd., which was successfully done. By using the procedures of technological design was made the layout, which is based on requirements of company management. The process of solving problems was preceded by a theoretical clarification and explanation of basic concepts, as well as the characterization and technical description of the company as a whole. Subsequent analyses showed different variants from which was chosen the best one. It was elaborated in details and its positive effects were measured in technical-economic evaluation.
Layout solution of a small workmanship within a given company

Thesis is focused on machining workshop layout design for hot runner nozzle production. Production volume is 9,000 pcs/year. Theoretical part describes workflow and principles of technological design process. Based on capacity calculations, two variants of production plant layout were designed. The frist design has an area of 237 m2, the second one 211 m2. The two variants were evaluated in terms of technical and economical aspects.
