Lidský faktor hraje zásadní roli pro zajištění bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci (BOZP), jelikož může mít značný potenciál pro vznik incidentů, jako jsou pracovní úrazy nebo havárie. Je snadné uvěřit, že incidenty vznikají v důsledku nedbalosti, nepozornosti, neschopnosti nebo bezohledného porušování pravidel ze strany člověka. Samotný incident však nemusí být pouhým selháním lidského faktoru, ale rovněž i selháním systému. Je tak zapotřebí nejenom porozumět lidskému faktoru, ale i systému, který jej obklopuje. Teprve až na základě tohoto porozumění by měly organizace provést hodnocení rizik, jehož součástí je i posouzení vlivu lidského faktoru na BOZP.

Publikace si klade za cíl stručnou, přehlednou a přijatelnou formou přiblížit ergonomické požadavky kladené na provozovatele zákoníkem práce (§ 102 odst. 5, písm. c) zákona č. 262/2006 Sb.). Proto je publikace konstruována jako přehled možných cílů, na které jsou zaměřeny podnikatelovy aktivity, s uvedením nástinu korekčních zásad.

Qualified persons in the field of occupational risks Abstract Qualified persons in the field of occupational risks are persons dealing with different levels of risk, different extent and type of risks. In this set is not only the person for health and safety, but there are other qualified persons as well. For example, a qualified person who provides and performs the ccupational health services, a qualified person for fire protection, a construction safety coordinator, as well as an inspection technician of dedicated technical equipment, etc. A key qualified person in occupational risk and health and safety prevention is a person who assist employers in occupational risk prevention by managing risk identification, providing risk assesments, identification of source and risks causes and incidents. This person takes care about risk factors on worplaces such as microclima, chemical and biological hazards, noise, ergonomy and many others risks and continuosly advises employers of identificated risk on workplaces. He leads as a expert in health and safety, but not responsible, for applying right and effective principles of work safety and accident prevention and provide high qualified consultating job for employers. Construction Project for implementation of administrative building of BBP

The content of my diploma thesis is a construction technology project of an administrative building in Brno. The work emphasizes the feasibility of the object. I prepared an implementation study with a detailed solution of the construction process in terms of time and financial plan. Preparation of Construction and OSH

This study investigates the management of a construction project from the building contractor’s point of view. The main aim is to describe the construction readiness process, including the technical drawings, risk assessment and OSH solutions. The literature review provides an overview of the key terminology used in the management of a construction site, contractor readiness and OSH. The practical section of this study then describes order preparation, construction readiness, risk assessment, OSH solutions and fire risk assessment for the I/43 Milonice intersection turn lane.

Strategies for Ensuring OSH of Employees in Emergency Events

This diploma thesis is focused on the issue of occupational safety and health on case of emergency. The analysis of the current state in the area of potential risk of selected emergencies was performed. The attention was focused mainly on the current epidemiological situation, specifically on the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic and employees work in the office. The questionnaire survey was conducted, the results of which served as a basis of risk analysis by selected methods. Based on the obtained results, measures were proposed incl. financial evaluation.

Construction technological project of a multifunctional house on Cihlářská Street in Brno

This diploma thesis deals with selected parts of the construction technology project of a multifunctional house in Brno on Cihlářská Street. Thesis contains a technical report, coordination situation and marking of transport routes of vehicles, time and financial plan of construction, study of the main technological stages of building, technical report of site equipment including drawing of site equipment, design of main construction machines including verification of bearing capacity and reach object, technology prescription and control and test plan for monolithic ceiling structure. The diploma thesis also includes selected LEED certification credits and a health and safety plan.
