Subject of this bachelor thesis is to design the project solution of the universal cabling system at the new headquarters of the company. The project is based on an analysis of the existing solutions, considering the new requirements of company (management) on the basis of theoretical analysis. The content of the bachelor thesis is the use of project management methods in practise, specifically in the creation of a new brand of Mamtex, s. r. o. First part is devoted to theoretical background, which one is then used for the practical part itself. The analytical part focuses on current procedures for planning and implementation of existing projects. Following this, the design part deals with the entire life cycle of the project from the first idea to its successful completion. The conclusion contains a summary of the project.

Diplomová práca je zameraná na aplikáciu metód a nástrojov Projektového manažmentu vrámci projektu Ples VUT. Kapitola 1 skúma teoretické základy Projektového manažmentu a jeho metód. Kapitola 2 analyzuje súčasný stav, udržateľnosť akcie, konkurenciu a ponúka zhrnutie poučenia, ktoré sa môže využiť na zlepšenie stavu v budúcnosti. Kapitola 3 zahŕňa návrhy využiteľné pre projekt Ples VUT 2017, avšak ak by boli návrhy prispôsobené podľa potreby, sú využiteľné aj v ďalších ročníkoch. SMART cieľ, logický rámec, výstupy a WBS, analýza rizík, a plánovanie zdrojov, času a rozpočtu sú navrhnuté využitím metód a nástrojov Projektového manažmentu.

Detached house, Bystrice pod Hostynem

This bachelor’s thesis deals with a design of a detached house in a particular area in the village Bystrice pod Hostynem. The aim is to create dispositionally logically linked com-plex that will suit the requirements of a modern four or five-member family and will fit into the current development with its own look. The house is designed as a two storey, no basement and with a gabled roof. The garage for one car is structurally and functionally joined with a living area. Peripheral walls are from the SENDWIX system, which is made up of the sand-lime bricks warmed with mineral insulation of rock wool. The orientation of this house to the cardinal points is chosen according to the requirements of sunlight and the thermal comfort of separate rooms. On the south side of the house is a spacious garden which is accessible through the terrace from the living room.

Bachelor thesis deals with the cycling conditions in the city of Brno.The first theoretical part is dedicated to the advantages of theurban traffic on a bicycle, the possibilities of further development and funding. The second part of the work analyzes the current conditions of cycling transport in Brno and the society use of routes. The last part of the thesis contains a custom proposal for the implementation of cycling routes in the selected location,which could help expand the cycling route network in Brno.

The output of the diploma thesis is the elaboration of economic evaluation and risk assessment on a selected development project.

Planning of linear structures

Submitted thesis deals with the planning of an implementation of a liner construction. The theoretical part is focused on the life cycle of the project and its phases. Describes the process of planning time and the formation of the timetable of the construction. At the end of the theoretical part there is a chapter devoted to the process of resource planning and costs and financing of the project. The practical part deals with the application of the project management on the project modernization of the D1 highway – section 21, especially with the organizational structure of participants of the project and the management of time by using the schedule of the construction. In conclusion, there is an evaluation made by the differences of the actual and alternate duration of the construction.

The subject of this master's thesis is the project implementation with the help of European funds. The project is focused on supporting the education of the staff in a non-profit organization. Included in the thesis is the introduction of basic concepts of European Structure Funds, Operational Programs of Czech republic and the development of the project in a comprehensive and admissible form.
