The work focuses on subjective experience in urban, public environments. I use the principle of material and non-material exchange as a device to establishing communication, sharing my own thoughts and experiences with strangers who want something from me. I create a sound work from open and immediate communication with others. The primary intention was to relativize subjective, diary notes and notes by letting them read on the street by people who approached me and said they wanted me to do something. Reflections and experiences of respondents were added to the text. All readings were recorded in the form of audio recording, which is further post-produced.

This diploma thesis The Specifics of Internet Broadcasting in the Czech Republic with Focus on the Viewers' Comments on the Show Jak nás vidí svět (Stream.cz) deals with the typical features of online television broadcasting in the Czech Republic and their comparison to the typical features of traditional television broadcasting. In the practical part, the thesis focuses on the viewers' comments on the show Jak nás vidí svět. The main aim of the thesis is to describe the current position of internet television broadcasting in the Czech Republic with its specifics and its differences compared to traditional broadcasting, focusing on the show Jak nás vidí svět (Stream.cz), specifically on the viewers' comments on the show. First, traditional and internet broadcasting are defined and their specifics are analyzed in detail, which are then compared in a separate chapter. The aim of the first part of the thesis is to find and define the specifics of internet television broadcasting in the Czech Republic, especially in comparison with traditional television broadcasting, with regard to the ongoing media convergence and the fact that the individual forms converge and sometimes intersect. This bachelor thesis is going to be focused on functioning and decision mechanisms of the Czech Pirate Party. The main aim of the thesis is to find which is the level of participation of passive party members on political party documents. Particularly Pirate Parties are known as parties which allows their members significant level of participation in party decision-making. In order to answer the aims of the thesis, political party statutes, other internal regulations, political party documents, discussions on the Pirate Party Forum and concepts of the internal structure and its decision-making process are going to be used for defining the fundamental elements of functioning and decision-making of the Pirate Party.

Starting Televize Seznam - A new internet media distribution channel

The bachelor thesis called Starting Televize Seznam - A New Internet Media Distribution Channel is dedicated to the newly established TV channel which was launched in 2018 by Czech internet company Seznam.cz. The entrance of internet company to the field of television broadcasting is not very usual. In the age of digital technology boom, the process of media expansion is in most cases opposite. More often, TV stations launch their web versions and social networks on which they provide content that is the same as in broadcasting or in some way enriched. This results in the media convergence, changes in media production and also in media professions. At present everyone is online almost continuously on a mobile phone, it is more important for media companies to offer users more diverse content anytime, anywhere. The audiences have undergone significant changes mainly due to a network media. The users can choose what to watch or read anytime in the day. In addition they can interact with the content or even produce it. The thesis reflects on why Seznam.cz launched the so-called old media, when according to some lay estimates the television will soon cease to exist. The Role of a Social Worker in a Children´s Home

The bachelor thesis deals with the role of a social worker in children's home. The main goal of this thesis is to map the activities of a social worker in this facility. As part of the research, I focus on the issues of social worker participation in the restoration of family relationships, then what activities a social worker participates in preparing for the departure of a child from a children's home, what is his / her role in the out-of-school education of a child or how he / she works with a child who has a behavioral disorder. In order to achieve these goals, a research survey in the form of qualitative research was chosen. For qualitative research and achievement of the stated aim, the method of questioning and the technique of semi-structured interview was determined. The research group consists of six social workers who work in a children's home in the Pilsen and South Bohemia regions. The research was conducted in March 2019. The analysis of the interviews was processed using data coding followed by categorization. This analysis has shown that the work of a social worker in a children's home is very diverse as he / she has to work actively with different authorities, actively look for non-profit organizations that provide out-of-school education to children, then he / she cooperates with the child's family and is somehow a connection in the transfer of information among children and other facilities. It was found that the social worker does not deliberately contact the family. The child is relatively well prepared for leaving the children's home. A children's home will provide him / her with a one-time financial means called a severance pay or a starting package provided by various non-profit organizations, not by children's home. The research shows that the child is individually educated by an educator, and it is supplemented by the above-mentioned non-profit organizations. There is also a problem with children's behavioral disorders in children's homes. Social workers have said that children, above all, violate social norms and do not attend school. Specific approaches are not applied in any of the examined facilities and attitude to children is very individual.

adaptation course as the class teacher's tool to get to know the class collective

The thesis deals with the influence of class teacher's participation on the adaptation course to the teacher's knowledge of the pupils' collective. In the theoretical part, attention is paid to the concepts of experiential education and adaptation courses. Furthermore, it describes various types of adaptation course methodologies and suggests possibilities of class teacher's participation during the course. The research part describes a qualitative study with respondents who, as a class teacher, have undergone an adaptation course with their new class. The results of the research describe how class teachers perceive the adaptation course as a tool for their knowledge of pupils depending on their participation in the adaptation course.

Amateur Poetry on the Internet as a Result of Leisure Akctivity

The work deals with relations between play, free time, amateur poetry on the Internet and selected competencies. The first chapters are devoted to the definition of the term leisure time and leisure time related participation. This is followed by characteristics of interest education and of human being as a subject of interest education. Next parts of the thesis include definitions of poetry and play and to an attempt to identify their common features. Subsequently, the thesis deals with the importance of play and poetry in human life. This work defines the term amateur literary web, maps and presents current Czech amateur literary websites. The last part deals with selected competencies, ie leisure and literary competence.

Indirect Perpetration

The Indirect Perpetration Abstract Institute of indirect perpetration is one of the most important institutes of criminal law. This diploma thesis aims to describe the institute of indirect perpetration, analyze its particular forms, analyze more deeply its selected problematic aspects and based on this provide authentic evaluation and propose changes de lege ferenda. The thesis is divided into 4 chapters. The first chapter explains the term of indirect perpetration and its conditions in general. The legally taxative enumerated forms of indirect perpetration are analyzed one by one together with their corresponding examples. The second chapter studies the history of the institute in our country. The subchapters contain legal regulation of the institute in particular criminal codes effective in Czech countries and opinions of selected historical authors about given problematic, all this since the times of Austrian criminal code from 1852 to currently effective criminal code from 2009. The third chapter discusses selected aspects of the Institute of indirect perpetration. The problematic of personally committed and special criminal offenses, omissive and negligence criminal offenses, indirect perpetration committed using vis absoluta and finally indirect perpetration in relation to participation is discussed....

01 The Criminal Liability of the Organizer of a Criminal Offence Abstract This thesis focuses on one of the modalities of participation - on organizing. The provisions of Section 24 (1) a) of Act No. 40/2009 Coll. of the Criminal Code mentions organizing in the first place, indicating that it is the most serious form of participation. Organizing is also a form of participation which is quite specific to the Czech legal order. Foreign legal regulations often consider the Czech organizer to be the offender. The aim of this thesis was to thoroughly discuss the organizer of a criminal offence, to evaluate the reason for the frequent criticism of his inclusion among the participants of the crime and to suggest how should this legal institute be adapted. The thesis is divided into seven chapters, the first of which is the introduction and the final is the conclusion. The first part of this thesis deals with the theoretical foundations of participation. It briefly describes the possible approaches to the offender and the fundamentals of the unitary and the differentiated system, including their advantages and disadvantages.
