DCS for building control
Kopeček, Petr ; Beran, Jan (referee) ; Bradáč, Zdeněk (advisor)
This thesis deals with DCS for bulding control. The main aim was to develop a general system, which can be adapted according to the individual requirements and which should minimize costs too. Hardware modules, communication bus, communication protocol, system topology and regulation mechanisms, have been designed. Regulators have been set. There are introduced current realization and possible future extensions too. The high security and the high functionality topics are included.
Design and implementation of a wireless transmission system using USRP
Vaclík, Michal ; Mlýnek, Petr (referee) ; Krajsa, Ondřej (advisor)
This thesis is focused on design and possibilities of implementation of modular wireless communications system based on software defined radio. This system uses USRP1 kits from Ettus Research and is controlled by GNU Radio Companion software. Final Python script is used to controll and modify parameters of modulation schemes, encoder properties and used bitrate. Thesis also describes possibilities and challenges of using radio HW for transmitting and receiving. Final chapter summerizes and analyzes achieved transmission qualities.
Easily Upgradable Graph Editor
Sysel, František ; Martinek, David (referee) ; Smrčka, Aleš (advisor)
The bachelors thesis deals with design and implementation of graph editor. The emphasis is put on division of the whole application into independent plug-ins which can be replaced by other plug-ins or extended with new plug-ins and thus to add its functionality. Theoretical part deals with techniques for development of module applications while practical part describes design and implementation of particular plug-in modules of a program. The thesis also contains automatic tests for module development.
Modular System of Casino
Bartůněk, Petr ; Rozman, Jaroslav (referee) ; Grulich, Lukáš (advisor)
This thesis is pointed to a modular development of hazard game system. There is one main module in this system, it services gamers database and user accounts. Every game in this system is module pair; first it is game server, it realizes the game, and second client application, it has user interface for this game. Every network communications are realized using my own multi platform network library TCP_Network, and using network protocol for every server.
Chataism
Novotná, Kateřina ; Hrabec, Tobiáš (referee) ; Mléčka, Jan (advisor)
The Chataism project solves the problems of today's modern cottages and tries to rediscover its beauty. The modular system of cottages is supposed to bring the possibility of creating one's own cottage according to interests and needs, and at the same time works with a minimum space in order to avoid the dimensions of family houses that belong to the urban structure. The size of the objects is limited in order to make the residents spend time mainly in nature and the cottage facilities serve to cover the basic needs of sleep and food. I also work with the minimum in public space, thereby preventing the occupation of the area around the cottages due to the neighbor's restrictions. Despite the fact that the cottage industry may appear to occupy the forest landscape, it is an integral part of our Czech culture and tradition. It is good not to forget this from the point of view of architecture and urbanism.
Modular System for Distributed User Data Management
Pavliš, Filip ; Ježek, Pavel (advisor) ; Zavoral, Filip (referee)
Title: Modular System for Distributed User Data Management Author: Filip Pavliš, Author's email: f.pavlis@gmail.com Department: Department of Distributed and Dependable Systems Supervisor: Mgr. Pavel Ježek, Department of Distributed and Dependable Systems Abstract: The main objective of this project was to create a multiplatform modular system for distributed data management. The system supports both local and remote accessible data storage. Therefore a part of the solution is also a server for remote data access. System also provides parallel usage of a local and remote storage which guarantees that the storage is accessible also when connection to server is lost. In this case, system is capable to synchronize changes between the server and a client. A client can use multiple instances of his storage and our system is able to synchronize them through central server. The system provides abstraction over data model to separate plugin developers from its specific behavior. As practical preview of system usability was created an extension application called TuaLoca. The application will contain implementation of preview plugins and basic user interaction. Keywords: Distributed Data Management, Modular system, Synchronization on the SQL Queries Level, Distributed Solution for Interface LINQ
Komplexní webové administrační rozhraní pro firmu IdeaTech
Vodák, Jan
Vodák, J. Complex web administration system for IdeaTech company. Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2017. The thesis deals with the design and implementation of a complex web administration system for IDEATECH company, focusing on the universality of solution and the possibility of its repeated uses across various company projects. The design and subsequent implementation are based on the company's written requirements.
Modular system for measuring the characteristics of two-way loudspeaker systems
Pešek, Marko ; Schimmel, Jiří (referee) ; Balík, Miroslav (advisor)
This master's thesis deals with design and implementation of modular system for two-way loudspeaker system's characteristics. Work focus mainly on the enclosure geometry and speaker placement. The individual modules of the system were designed and then implemented. Furthermore, the characteristics of these modules were measured and laboratory tasks using these modules were elaborated.
