Analysis Tool for the Network Traffic Content
Mareš, Martin ; Ryšavý, Ondřej (referee) ; Veselý, Vladimír (advisor)
This paper is about designing and implementing a tool for analysis of the network traffic content. Work is part of the SEC6NET project at FIT - Brno University of Technology. The paper describes specific requirement for such a tool and existing solutions. The main part is devoted to design and implementation of new tool - Netfox Detective. Several problems are handled: data persistence, performance, extensibility, etc. The last part of work describes possibilities and features of the Netfox Detective. The work emphasises extensibility and future development of a created tool.
Fast Queries over Java Language Metadata
Faltýn, Vladimír ; Kolář, Dušan (referee) ; Křivka, Zbyněk (advisor)
The goal of this bachelor thesis is to design and implement a query language over metadata of Java source programs . The metadata is obtained by Procyon decompiler and stored in Titan graph database . To access Titan, TinkerPop framework is used . Then , the designed query language is used to acces the data in the database . The parser for the query language is generated using ANTLR tool .
Design of Management Reporting for Business Performance
Koreňovský, Jakub ; Novák, Lukáš (referee) ; Koch, Miloš (advisor)
Diploma thesis aim to create Management Reporting application. First part focuses to analysis of various Business Intelligence solution and choosing the best one regarding to functional, financial features and availability. Main part is aimed to preparation of data, designing data model, overview of used functions, metrics and creating of reporting application. In the end of thesis is assessment of the application and induction to real business conditions.
Proposal of SQL Database for High Technical School in Frýdek-Místek
Bret, Ondřej ; Beňová, Jiřina (referee) ; Kříž, Jiří (advisor)
The content of this bachelor thesis is to design SQL database for the Secondary Technical School in Frýdek-Místek. The work is divided into a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part provides the necessary information and theories important for successful fulfilling the goal of the work. The practical part analyses the current situation of the school and offers a solution to the problem mentioned.
Algorithms for Parallel Searching in XML Datasets
Kruliš, Martin
This thesis will address the problems of indexing XML datasets and finding effective searching methods for indexed data. Defining data structures and algorithms that take highly parallel approach to the searching problem is considered to be main objective, therefore the implementation may benefit from the power of multicore CPUs. Prototype of such implementation will be presented with the thesis. Internal query model will be developed as a common layer. Multiple front-ends representing different query languages will be able to operate on the top of this model, thus the engine will not be dependent on any particular language. Sample front-end for a subset of XPath will be implemented along with the prototype.
Design of Graph Database Based on Relational Database
Schwertschal, Jiří ; Klusák, Aleš (referee) ; Luhan, Jan (advisor)
The content of my bachelor thesis is the design of converting SQL database meant for reservating systém to the graph database. The thesis is divided into theoretical part, where I provided information needed to create the design. In the second part I made analysis of the current situation. And in the end in the last part is designed solution.

SQL query as a PHP object
Vondrák, David ; Holan, Tomáš (advisor) ; Kopecký, Michal (referee)
Title: SQL query as a PHP object Author: David Vondrák Department: Department of Software and Computer Science Education Supervisor: RNDr. Tomáš Holan, Ph.D., Department of Software and Computer Science Education Abstract: The thesis deals with creation of PHP classes which represent SQL que- ry as an object, independent of the dialect, and enable to load a query, modify it and write it. The classes can process queries of four types, SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE and DELETE, and convert them from/into MySQL and PostgreSQL dialects. The query's object representation allows to modify it and retrieve in- formation about the query easily. This fact is utilised while designing a sample application which, after plugging in an PHP application, can record executed SQL queries along with information about tables innvolved in the query and functions responsible for query's execution. Keywords: PHP, SQL, query, object 1
