The aim of this thesis is to monitor all steps of selection procedure, especially focused on job interview as a key method of this process. Teoretical part concerns with single stages of job interview, preparations for interview and supporting documents. Next section is focused on activities and HR employees mistakes during interwiev. Following part is deals with applicants nonverbal behavior and ethics. Last segment concerns with actual legislature.
Practical use of mainframe system

The mainframe system is not notorious known system, therefore the main purpose of the bachelor thesis is its explanation and introduction on practical examples. These examples will simplify future system users activities and can be used as a useful model. There is necessary a basic knowledge of programming and orientation in this sphere for implementation of examples into practise. Described system and introduced examples are generalized from theoretical and practical experiences of the author. My hope is, that after reading this bachelor thesis, the readers should get an general overview over discussed area.
Job satisfaction analysis in PIKE Electronic, spol. s r.o. (Ltd.) focused on the motivation of employees

This diploma thesis consists of theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part reviews some theories of motivation as well as theories of work motivation. Secondly, it describes the relationship between motivation, job satisfaction and performance. Thirdly, there is a description of job satisfaction factors. In the practical part, job satisfaction was analysed in the particular company and a few recommendations to the company management were made. The company situation was revised after ten months and other recommendations to the management were made.
Employees job satisfaction analysis on company's branches

The goal of this thesis was to define the basic terms of the problems of job satisfaction and to make the job satisfaction analysis in the chosen company, which name will be not published , because of the inside information protection. The necessary data for the analysis were obtained via questionnaire, in which took part 122 employees from 13 different branches. Respondents were divided into three groups according to the performed work position and the intensity of the contact with clients. Results of research were processed for each individual group. It allows to catch better the differences in the group satisfaction. On a basis of results were pointed out the most problematic areas and suggested concrete steps, which could lead to job satisfaction increase in researched branches.

Personnel management in public administration

The theoretical part of the thesis deals with some areas of the personnel management, i.e. creation and analysis of job vacancies, recruitment and selection of employees, education of employees and their assessment and remuneration. In the practical part these personnel activities are analysed and assessed in the Municipal Office in Moravské Budějovice. The individual subchapters include recommendations and proposals for improvement.

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na zaměstnance v účetnictví, povinnosti a možnosti účetní jednotky s nimi spjaté. Pojednává o vzniku pracovního poměru, dokumentaci k němu se vztahující, o způsobech odměňování, daňových dopadech benefitů a rozebírá cestovní náhrady. Práce popisuje způsob ukončení pracovního poměru a administrativu s tím spojenou.
ANALÝZA HOSPODÁŘSKÉ ČINNOSTI OBCE

Práce popisuje věcně a vztahově strukturu vedlejší hospodářské činnosti městských částí. Vývoj hospodářské činnosti je analyzován na konkrétních údajích městské části Praha 11 za období let 2003 až 2007. Práce se dále zabývá dopadem zákona o dani z přidané hodnoty na strukturu a zaměření vedlejší hospodářské činnosti, s přihlédnutím k různým zněním zákona v průběhu analyzovaných let a předpokládaného vývoje legislativy v budoucnu. Z analýzy vyplývá spíše negativní dopad na hospodaření MČ vlivem jejího plátcovství k dani, jak z pohledu finančních důsledků, tak i z pohledu spojené administrativy a nároků na vedení účetnictví.
Analysis of McDonald´s Franchising System in background of EU
