Reconstruction of Sports Facilities – Plumbing Systems

This bachelor's thesis is focused on medicinal technical instalation in the part of the re-constructed sporting object called STARS in the town of Třinec. The part, which will be spo-ken about next in the thesis, is one-floored with an usable underground floor. In the teoretical part of the thesis, there are discussed various kinds of water pipeline fittings and their influen-ce on the saving of drinking water. The project part is solving after that the counting, the posi-tioning of a internal drainage and saving fittings in the reconstructed part of this object.

Hot water heating civil buildings

The main goal of this thesis is to design heating and warming of a TV in civil building. It is a building with overall built up area of 410.44 m2 which has two above-ground floors and under some parts of the building is a cellar. Heating is mainly delivered by heating units with local source of heat. Water in the pool uses warming with the help of a heat exchanger connected to a source of heat. The theoretical part is focused on the heat. There are described basic portion of the hinge and condensing boilers. Combustion principle and the principle of participation.

Two-storey building is designed, besement. The building is used on the first floor of the municipal office and on the second floor of meeting andbanqueting facilities. Project part focuses on the design and solvingplumbing and gas installations. Part of the thesis are the total property assessmentsand literature review focused on the issue of hot water.

The subject of this thesis is the heating and hot water preparation in the residential house in Brno. object has eight floors and basement. In each floor there are five residential units. In the basement there is a utility room with heating, gas boiler cascade. Used to heat-pipe heating system. Heating surfaces are plate and tubular body. The primary source of hot water is gas boiler. As a secondary source of alternative preparation with solar home stations. Each apartment has its own solar station.

Heating of the Administrative Building

The project deals with heating and hot water renovated office building in Brno. It is an insulated basement building, which has three floors with dimensions of 36.4 x 20.0 m. Optimal heating system is solved separately for the operational part of the kitchen and office. Heating is mainly dealt with plate radiators with a local heat source. Systémový přístup ke snižování zatížení životního prostředí v souvislosti s výstavbou a provozem budov‚ s důrazem na stavebně-energetické souvislosti

Cílem projektu je výběr optimálních opatření a doporučení pro snižování energetické a materiálové náročnosti společně se snižováním zátěže skleníkovými plyny ve stavebnictví (při výstavbě, rekonstrukcích, provozování a odstraňování staveb). Optimalizace postupů ve stavebnictví z hlediska dopadů na životní prostředí s důrazem na technologie, např. tzv. pasivních domů jak v nové výstavbě, tak zejména při rekonstrukcích. Cílem je prokázat, že energeticky optimalizovaná řešení, která přinášejí výrazné snížení zatížení životního prostředí, jsou investičně Ekonomicky) neutrální. Limitujícím faktorem většího rozšíření jsou pak záležitosti jiné než technické a ekonomické, ale spíše organizační a strategická.
