Transport accessibility as a factor of the level of unenployment in the administrative districts of municipalities with extended powers of the Moravian-Silesian Region

The presented work deals with analysis of relationship of transport accessibility and the level of unemployment in the Moravian-Silesian Region or how different level of unemployment in the various administrative districts of the region, depending on their time accessibility to the regional capital and the capital city of Prague as the most important economic, political and cultural center of the Czech Republic. The quality of transport infrastructure directly influences level of economic development of the region, one of the consequences of underdeveloped transport infrastructure, or limited availability of transport may be unemployment. The work is based on different characteristics of the sub-regional units Moravian-Silesian Region using methods of regression analysis to demonstrate the extent to which affects the accessibility level of unemployment in the area.
High-speed passenger rail transport in Europe with a focus on the Central European region

Diploma thesis focuses on the development of high-speed passenger rail in Europe and studies possible geographic expansion of these lines and their feasibility. The theoretical part deals with the development of high-speed rail transport in Europe-especially in France, Italy, Germany and the Iberian Peninsula. In the practical part the thesis analyzes the present spatial expansion possibilities of high speed rail (HSR) with regard to international routes. In the conclusion is in the diploma thesis drafted HSR network for the Central European region.
Imports of wine from Italy

This bachelor thesis is focused on importing wines from Italy. It describes the whole process of import from selecting suppliers, transporting wine from Italy, storage, supplying to potential subscribers and the execution of necessary formalities by Customs Administration. The next section deals with the possibility of outsourcing transportation, storage, deliveries to customers and processing requirements by Customs Administration through the use of logistics company. The main goal of this work is to present the entire process of import and subsequent evaluation and selection of the most suitable option.
A creation of a holiday package to the Dodecanese Islands

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to create a 10 day holiday package around Rhode Island, Kos Island, Nisyros Island and Patmos Island. The main task of the thesis is to organize the right combination of air transport, sea transport and road transport. The thesis is divided into 3 chapters. The first chapter explains the basic terms of tourism as holiday package, travel agency or different types of services. The second chapter introduces the beauty and the diversity of the Dodecanese Islands from the point of their historical monuments and natural sights. In the last chapter is created the holiday package itself including a 10 day itinerary and calculation of the holiday package.
The change of toll taxes and their implications in Czech Republic

This diploma thesis deals with the changes of toll taxes and their implication in the Czech Republic between years 2007 -- 2015. The research was done using a dynamic regression analysis of monthly data provided by the web portal MYTO CZ. Based on the available data it was shown that the increase in average prices of toll transactions of ecologically unfavorable EURO groups leads to a decline in the share of total realized transactions. As a result carriers are most likely motivated to vehicle fleet renewal, which is reflected in the increase in the share of cars with lower environmental load.
Catering services provided in air transport

This bachelor thesis focuses on the characteristics of the airline catering's operation and the analysis of its performances. The theoretical part includes the explanation of basic terms and mentions the most important moments in the history of flight catering. The thesis also illustrates the individual operation's processes and compares flight classes. Another integral part is the passage devoted to food safety and HACCP principles. The practical part analyses the catering operations and the offer of Emirates airlines and also evaluates the results of questionnaire which was made to find out the position of catering services in customer's travel decision.
Analysis tram transportation in Prague

This graduate work focuses on the analysis trams vehicle in Prague. The aim is to find the critical points of the Prague tram network, the organization and the overall function of the tram. After that suggest possible solution. In the first part summarizes information about public transportation with a focus on the tram. The second part is devoted to a specific analysis. The results of this part will bring for readers an independent view on the Prague transport.
Competition between passenger rail and air transport

Main topic of this thesis is mapping of competition between rail and air transport. The first goal is to find out, which of these two types of transport is preferable for the customer, if he has the opportunity to select plane or train. To reach this goal is chosen 15 connections between cities and on these connections is rail and air transport compared in terms of price and total travel time. The second goal is to research the behavior and decision-making of customers, who use rail and air transport.
Emissions allowances trading system and carbon tax in the Visegrád Group Countries

This bachelor thesis focuses on the current European Trading System with emission allowances, which does not work. Its non-functionality is shown on historical back-ground and mainly on economic sectors of Visegrád Group Countries; Power engineering, Transport, Manufacturing industry and Households. Not only that the emissions in these sectors do not fall, neither the price of emission allowance is not on expected average. Moreover, its situation in the following month will not be different. The only solution is to introduce the Carbon tax.

The purpose of this thesis is to assess the influence of nonstandard climatic conditions affecting veneered legs of table furniture and quality verification of the final product. The thesis is focused on analysis of technological factors affecting vendeer bonding, influence of adhesive used for bonding strenght and asses total resistance of finalizing surface for high and low temperatures or increased environment humidity.
