Fattoum Maršíková, Martina ; Vach, Marek (advisor) ; Najnarová, Eva (referee)
In my thesis I deal with dustiness from the surface down, respectively, from the quarry Jiří and the influence of dust on surrounding communities, which are in the immediate vicinity of the quarry. Because of changes to the law on air protection law of ranked in stationary sources related activities sorting and other cold coal preparation and surface mines fuels, ores, industrial and their processing, primarily mining. With respect to this change mining companies should pay more attention to dustiness issues that arise during the actual mining of coal transport and further treatment of raw material. The company Sokolovská uhelná, p.n., a.s., should soon prepare a project leading to reduce dust in near quarries. I evaluated here already established measures to reduce and disposal of dustiness produced in relation to mining activities and I tried suggest any other solution to eliminate dust.

Knowledge of School Catering Staff in South Bohemian Region About Food Law Regulations
MAXOVÁ, Marie
We have been living in a time when there has been a wide and sufficient choice of quality food for nutrition of children and adults. Eating habits are formed in early childhood and are adjusted to the offer of foodstuffs. Eating habits are affected by a number of factors associated with nutrition of individuals or certain groups of people. Such factors also include school catering. Great attention has been recently paid to school catering, some negative opinions have appeared, mainly form the media. Some children complain that the food in school canteens does not taste them, the same types of meals keep repeating, there is a limited meals choice, the food is cold, the staff are unfriendly with them and do not wear proper clothing, and other comments. Therefore, some parents are not sure that this way of catering is appropriate for their children supposing it might be better to choose another form of catering for children during their school attendance. The fact is omitted that often only through healthy school catering the pupil gets nutritionally and energetically balanced diet and that the purpose of the entire system of school catering is for pupils to adopt adequate eating habits concerning healthy nutrition. School catering is controlled by a number of rules and regulations. The aim of this thesis is to determine whether school canteen staff are familiar with these rules and regulations and whether their knowledge is sufficient to carry out epidemiologically important activities. This bachelor thesis can be divided into two parts. The first part is focused on the theoretical point of view of the issue. In the theoretical part the implementation of good manufacturing and hygienic practices, the system based on HACCP principles, legislation that relates to school catering and the public health surveillance are discussed. The second part of this thesis is empiric. The survey was conducted in randomly selected school canteens in České Budějovice region. The research was carried out using anonymous questionnaires for school catering staff, focused on the knowledge of food law regulations. The following hypothesis was stated: H1 The majority of school canteens staff members have sufficient knowledge of food hygiene legislation for the exercise of epidemiologically important activities. This aim has been met, the hypothesis has been confirmed by the research. This thesis may serve as information material for those involved in school catering, in training of workers in the field of food law regulations. The outputs from this work may serve for teaching purposes.

ARCHITECTURE The centre and entrance point for atrection a relx is terace with pool, with corridor to cafe and skylights that leads to reception. Around this atrium, there is a ramp, rising up. Pools are not see n ko the screens are individual attractions, atmosphere. The height change of each pool, sauna and whether this involves physical effort is rewarded with open views to the surroundings and relax themselves. Entering the building through a covered, but bright bay, passage is a continuation of the street fishing. Thus the very end of the reception side. Thus eliminate the problem of a parcel which is like a scene out of town. Layout In the passages suggest leaving the car park, Kafe-bar with a simple menu and fresh multifunctional workshop, creative playground. It is known fact, that in the old spa locations to find valuable pieces of pottery, small painting and sculpture and other artifacts that speak of links with the vivacious work, relax, relax with a manual and spiritual. This room will also serve as a nursery for parents resting in the spa, in the specified date and time. Upon entering the spa itself, the reception with high ceilings and skylights from the terrace, the visitor to the issue of changing rooms with bathroom facilities. Consequently, the choice whether to receive the attractions, or go down to the fitness center or gym. Another option is to move the spa itself. In the direction from the top down it is pliable dough, the blood will get the opposite route, in which the visitor shall issue a physical effort. 2np In addition to coffee for guests only and exit to the terrace, and massage booths are located. Much of the area occupied by the technical room, spa bath as well as administration. On the next floor guest vystkytne a larger foyer, drinking KURO room and swimming and first aid. Glass facades can be glanced only in forests of the Riviera, but the atrium, with an outdoor terrace and heated swimming pool at all times. Foyer is the actual beginning of the journey. The first ramp is rising just from my father. All the dark hallway, followed by a bright and translucent glass facades. The key is just a wall bordering the ramps and a few additional columns for the perimeter of the building. About half a meter above (and always rises only about 500 mm, the gradient of 1:16 to 8 meters length), the visitor gets to the first pool. Sunny southern facade is designed as a double, at this point is the greenhouse, it is no wonder that the first two pools are linked to breathing, inhalation, nature herbs. The hall (+7400) is glass mat glass sanitary unit consisting of two toilets, toilets for disabled people and installation bay. On one front wall of the shower. This element is repeated, the cabin is only 2.6 meters high (sv room is 3.65 meters), it was acting to hinder lightweight and transparent. On the left side counterclockwise overcomes next ramp stages. Pools are right to counter a výrivý. In this part of the facade facing the street catchment area, the intersection of fishing and of 8 m of pools have already seen the two interface Brno: Petrov and Špilberk. There is also a visitor gets to escape-connecting staircase. Possibility of shortening the path to the sauna is right here. The following pool of options in turn draws the double facade. Studenúuvodu make cold, shielded, north-facing environment. Hot pool at a height level of hygiene cab ...

Charles University in Prague Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové Department of Analytical Chemistry Candidate: Mgr. Martina Urbanová Consultant: PharmDr. Lucie Chocholoušová Havlíková, Ph.D. Thesis Title: Dispersive Solid-Phase Extraction for the Analysis of Chosen Substances in Zingiber officinale The thesis was focused on the development of optimal extraction method for the analysis of chosen substances contained in Zingiber officinale. Some representative samples containing extracts of Zingiber officinale were chosen. This method was based on the diploma thesis of Martina Urbanová [1]. To get a higher preconcentration factor, dispersive solid-phase extraction (dSPE) was tested for the sample pretreatment. Then, a method of supported liquid extraction (SLE) was examined as another methodology for the sample preparation. Chosen substances, 6-gingerol, 8-gingerol, 6-shogaol and 10-gingerol, were found in almost all samples. Among syrups, the largest amount of substances was contained in the Kitl syrup (preparation with cold water). Among teas, the highest number of substances was contained in Fruit-herbal tea flavored with ginger and lemon. 6-Shogaol was not found in rhizome samples, however, it has been found in the samples of teas and syrups. During the optimization of this method, various...

Speciation analysis of selected mercury compounds using combined technique HPCL-EcMCVG-QFAAS
Leštinová, Veronika ; Červený, Václav (advisor) ; Spěváčková, Věra (referee)
Today, the information about total mercury content in a sample is not enough to know because of different toxicity of various species like inorganic forms such as Hg+ , Hg+II and organic bonded mercury in Methyl-mercury, Ethyl-mercury or Phenyl-mercury. Therefore a speciation analysis is needed to do. The aim of this diploma thesis was to develop and validate a new method for speciation determination of selected mercury compounds. This method comprises a connection of high performance liquid chromatography, electrochemical mercury cold vapor generation as a postcolumn derivatization technique and atomic absorption spectrometer. Using this on-line connection of mentioned techniques, an efficient separation of Hg+II and methylmercury was achieved. Reached limits of detection were 0.3 µgml-1 and 0.5 µgml-1 for Hg+II and methylmercury, respectively. At the end of experimental work, proposed hyphenated technique HPLC- EcMCVG-QFAAS was used for determination of these two mercury compounds in six real tap water samples (Bílý potok, Bílina, Labe, Vltava, Botič, pond Kovošrot). In Bílý potok, inorganic mercury (Hg+II ) was identified on the base of identical of retention time compared to standard. Standard addition method was used in both FIA and HPLC arrangements and determined content of Hg+II was (0.4...

Boundary Conditions in the Roll Gap during Hot and Cold Rolling
Luks, Tomáš ; Pernis,, Rudolf (referee) ; Hajduk, Daniel (referee) ; Horský, Jaroslav (advisor)
Boundary conditions in the roll gap play an important role in modelling of rolling processes. In the roll gap we can observe the following: changes of rolling pressure, changes of relative velocity, influences of oxides and lubrication, etc. When taking into account all conditions mentioned above the determination of the boundary conditions is not trivial and extensive measurements are necessary. Therefore, this thesis is dealing with design of temperature and force sensors specified for the determination of friction coefficient and heat transfer coefficient in contact. The temperature sensor with an installed thermocouple measures subsurface temperature for a given depth; and then the inverse heat conduction task is used to compute temperature and heat flux on the surface. Several temperature sensors were designed and used for measuring in pilot mill and industrial rolling mill as well. The thermal responses of different sensors were compared in the numerical simulations. The inverse calculations were tested for various rolling conditions. A durability of the sensors was also studied in industrial rolling conditions. The contact stresses in the roll gap were measured by a pin, which was in direct contact with the rolled material. The forces on the top of the pin were measured by a three-axes piezoelectric force transducer and recalculated to the contact stress and friction coefficient. The sensor was implemented in a work roll and tested when rolling aluminium and steel slab for different rolling conditions. The results were compared with the integrative force sensor ROLLSURF.
