Performance Evaluation of Company Lunaria

Diploma thesis deals with evaluation of company performance. The opening part describes the theoretical points, which is followed by introduction of the company. Using the financial analysis methods the financial condition of the company is evaluated. The results are compared to other five competitors. In the closing part are suggested recommendations to improve company performance.
Creating of New Company - Music Club

The aim of the thesis is to create a real and practicable business plan for setting up music club Agora Club, s.r.o. This company will focus on providing of hospitality services and music production in Chrudim. The thesis contains theoretic bases for a business foundation. It also deals with descriptions a newly originating firm including the analysis of the global and local market, customers and competition. There are three variations of presumptions of the prospective development laid out within the final part of the thesis.

Management of the Patients Diagnosed with I80.2 - Phlebothrombosis

This diploma thesis is focused on the Management of the Patients Diagnosed with I80.2 - Phlebothrombosis. The main objective of this project was to approach the diagnosis of Phlebothrombosis from a clinical point of view. Further identification and quantification of costs based on the specific Phlebothrombosis case studies by the Cost of Illness analysis. Subsequent evaluation of the level of awareness of the risk associated with diagnosis of Phlebotrombosis among the general public. The major outcome of this thesis is quantification of the direct costs of public health insurance associated with treating patients and the direct personnel costs. The next important outcome is a research in the form of a questionnaire survey which was intended for the general public. Diploma thesis and its results may help as a basis for a full economic evaluation.
Cost analysis of remote and in office pacemaker check ups after device replacement from the perspective of health care payer

Current pacemakers allow check up of their function using telemonitoring. Even so, the majority of the checks are carried out on an outpatient basis. It is not known, whether remote follow ups of the patients after pacemaker replacement would be cost-effective compared to in-office controls. A retrospective analysis of patients files of patients after pacemaker replacement in 2002-2005 in Faculty hospital of Kralovske Vinohrady was done. A total of 1407 records from the years 2002-2015 was analyzed. It was demonstrated that the vast majority (96%) of planned controls of these patients was not associated with a change of program of the pacemaker, so it could be performed remotely. Based on the obtained data a model, which compared the cost-effectiveness of outpatient and theoretically made remote controls of pacemakers was created. Using an analysis of cost minimalization, it was found that the remote controls of pacemakers, was not associated with a significant reduction of the costs compared to the ambulatory controls.
Economic analysis of the CARLA spol. s r. o.

The aim of diploma thesis is to carry out economic analysis of chosen company - CARLA spol. s r. o. - within the years 2007 -- 2011 and to compare company results from economic analysis with data from the food industry. Diploma thesis contains of three main parts. First theoretical part presents basic methods and models important for the elaboration of economic analysis. Second part presents chosen company -- its history, products, ownership structure and also analysis of the microenvironment and macroenvironment of the company. In the third part, financial health of the company is analyzed and evaluated with the usage of models from theoretical part -- horizontal and vertical analysis, financial ratio analysis, credibility and bankruptcy models, Economic value added and other analysis. In the conclusion of the diploma thesis, all findings and recommendations are summarized.
Project Management: Implementation of computer networks in the building

In the theoretical introduction to project management includes among other things, an explanation of basic concepts, an overview of the characteristics used for assessing and monitoring the project, description of methods and general familiarization with MS Project. Application part of the work will be based on actual data and focuses on project implementation the computer network in a particular object. After closer inspection of the project is done time analysis, resource and cost analysis.
Housing Funds in Czech Republic and Economic Cost Analysis of Solutions

This dissertation systematically classifies and shortly describes all available funds to get a flat in Czech Republic. The main subject is a cost analysis. There is not only cost analysis and evaluation of motgage and loan, but this work contains method, how to evaluate the aggregate combinations with assets, tax savings and government benefits. There are analysed 4 usual used methods for evaluation mortgages and loans and also 2 new innovative methods, that lost weaknesses and maintain strengths. The goal of the work is achieved by creating of the general method, that manages the aggregate solution, keeping the lowest available economic costs.
The economic viability of public health care in the Czech Republic specifically on obstetrics

This diploma thesis aids to analyze the economic viability of public health care in the Czech Republic specifically on obstetrics. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the definition of basic concepts in health care, describes the history of obstetrics and health care, and specific the differences between traditional market and medical market. Further work is focused on indivudual models of health systems and explore the main principles of financing the public health system and reimbursement mechanisms fot health care in the Czech Republic. In the current healthcare system are guaranteed by the wide availibility of health care in corporated liberal elements strongly decentralized system. Despite efforts to privatization and decentralization of heath care remains the most important role of the state. It is clear from the Constitution of the Czech Republic and its components -- The Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms. The practical part contains the implementation of cost- analysis of direct and indirect cost of labor and spontaneous birth by Caesarean section in an examination of medical device. In the Czech Republic the level of neonatal care is high. Infant mortality is almoust minimal and our country is ranked in the direction of of the leading positions in Europe and worldwide. This part is focused on the hospitál in general, number of hospitals in the Czech Republic and limit number of births under which the hospitál should be concluded. In the Czech Republic, every year go from hospitál to home care about 400 children with weight under one kilogram and the subsequent care of the newborn is not so good. That is why the final part of my thesis devoted to the issue of premature infants and care for them.
