Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou nákladů, stanovením nákladových funkcí, hodnocením nákladů a vytvořením modelu nápravy problému. Srovnává teoretické poznatky se skutečností ve společnosti, specifikuje možnosti jejich změn a způsoby, kterými lze dosáhnout optimalizace nákladů. V této práci bude analyzována společnost ABB s.r.o. The diploma thesis deals with cost analysis, determination of cost functions, cost evaluation and creation of proper model of solution. It compares theoretical knowledge with reality in society, specifies possibilities of their changes and techniques used to optimize costs. The analyzed company – ABB s.r.o.
