The aim of my bachelor thesis is to elaborate a business plan focused on starting a café. To achieve the set target the analysis of external and internal environment (PEST and SWOT) and the financial plan will be carried out. The financial plan will be developed for five years ahead. In the final part of this thesis the results of the analysis and the evaluation of the feasibility of a business plan will be interpreted.
How to establish a company

This diploma thesis is focused on a franchising business establishment, particularly on the business establishment of a fictive coffe house which could become a well known franchising concept on the Czech market. Primary advantage of franchise compared to the other types of business cooperation is mainly risk reduction for the investor (franchisee) who obtains proven model of the business. For the franchisor the franchise means an easier way how to widen his business without taking higher lability. The main reason for choosing this topic is an attractivity of this field. Correct preparation and serving of a cup of coffee is not an easy process and there is not a big number of coffee houses and restaurants which can offer such a coffee. By offering high-quality and delicious coffee at user acceptable price our company would like to achieve its objectives and be a successful. The primary objective of this diploma thesis is to analyse and define strategy, mission, vision, marketing activities, product strategy and price policy of a new coffee house. These factors should be used for successful enter to the market. Secondary objective is to determine necessary initial capital, planned costs analysis and investment rate of return.
Comparison of selected gastronomic chains

The main aim of this bachelor thesis is the analysis of the position of specialized gastronomic chains Starbucks and Coffeeheaven. The first part is focused on catering chains, as a type of business, and related marketing of catering services. The second part is deals with the comparison of these two chains in terms of their services and customer preferences. All these findings are summarized in a SWOT analysis and the last part is devoted to an evalution of current situation in both chains from the perspective of employees of these chains.

This work focuses on developing a specific business plan business ChocoBar Ltd. This is the type of the coffee company, whose main commodity is not a coffee, but hot chocolate. The first section explains the basic concepts related to the topic. The second part contains a business plan. It also includes analysis of the estimated financial results for the three years of business.
The operational analysis of the chosen catering facility

The goal of this bachelor thesis is to analyze service of the catering facility and to evaluate its position compared with competitors in the market. The thesis is divided into four thematic parts. The first part is theoretical and characterizes impotrance, types, categories of restaurants and its network in the country. Great deal of attention is also focused on the theory of marketing. The second part is a historical look at Prague's coffee business in the first half of the 20th century. The main part is the analysis of the chosen facility Cukrkávalimonáda. This cafeteria is analyzed in terms of location, material equipment and instruments of the marketing mix. The last section summarizes the current situation of the chosen facility using the SWOT analysis. Finally the corrective measures are proposed.

Bussiness plan - Tower Café

This thesis deals with the establishment of a business plan for coffee-bar at a specific place in St. Henry's Tower, and then evaluates whether and under what conditions the project is profitable and viable. The first part deals with the theoretical basis, namely the nature, purpose, principles of treatment and the structure of the business plan. In the practice part I use the acquired knowledge of theory and work experience. The structure of the business plan contains a general description of the company, displacement of key personalities and address personnel issues, products, PEST analysis, SWOT analysis and competitive analysis, marketing objectives, marketing mix, the definition of the components with the help of the model 4C, production and operational plan. The financial plan in addition to the necessary financial statements, cost-benefit analysis includes an analysis of critical point. Based on the information provided, this business plan can serve to any particular candidate, who would like to try to take in the facility and the industry.
Business plan for the establishment of a company undertaking in gastronomic services

The target of submitting Bachelor thesis is to create a business plan for the establishment of a company undertaking in gastronomic services (Eifell Limited Company operating Eifell Café). This plan reflects relevant circumstaces which influence the process of its formation and therefore affect also the establishment and functioning of the enterprise. The theoretical part includes definitions of basic terms, general characteristics of entrepreneurial activity, general characteristics of gastronomic services, as a partial and specific field of services, the definition, fundamental proprieties and tasks of a business plan. The second part, practical part, presents a case study of a business plan that is a concrete implementation of particular proprieties of a business plan for the establishment of the Eifell Café.

Tato diplomová práce podává ucelený popis podnikatelského plánu - založení kavárny. Rozebírá veškeré nutné kroky od volby právní formy podnikání, přes získání finanční prostředků, nebytových prostor, jejich rekonstrukci a vybavení, až po otevření kavárny. Podnikatelský plán dává jasnou představu o vzhledu kavárny, její organizaci, nabízeném sortimentu a jeho cenách. Tento ucelený podnikatelský plán může sloužit jako podklad pro získání nebytových prostor a finančních prostředků pro jeho realizaci.
