Transport of Electric Charge in Tantalum Capacitor
Pelčák, Jaromír ; Koktavý, Bohumil (referee) ; Hájek, Karel (referee) ; Grmela, Lubomír (advisor)
The task of the thesis was studding of tantalum capacitors with solid electrolytes properties. Ta – Ta2O5 – MnO2 capacitor by its construction represents MIS structure, where tantalum anode has metal conductivity and MnO2 cathode is semiconductor. Isolation layer consists of tantalum pentoxide Ta2O5 with relative permitivity r = 27. Dielectric thickness is typically in range from 30 to 150nm. The capacitor charge is not only stored and accumulated on electrodes but also in localised states (oxide vacancies) in isolation layer. The capacitor connected in normal mode represents MIS structure polarized in reveres direction when the applied voltage higher potential barrier between semiconductor - MnO2 cathode and isolation of Ta2O5. The transport of charge carriers via isolation layer is determined by Poole-Frenkel mechanisms and tunnelling. Poole-Frenkel mechanism of charge transport is dominant in low intensity of electric field. Tunnelling determines current at higher electric field intensity. During low intensity of electric field ohmic component is also presented which is determined by volume of resistance of impurities in isolation layer due to donor states of oxygen vacancies. Based on the modelling of measured VA characteristics is possible to estimate determine dielectric thickness of Ta2O5 and determine share of Poole-Frenkelov and tunnel current and charge transportation. The thesis is described charge transport and charge concentration on tantalum capacitor in low frequency area and analysis of capacitor behaviour at frequency band. The first impulse for the thesis was an effort to create equivalent circuit diagram of tantalum capacitor in respect of its physical and electrical behaviour. There is an opportunity to study and determine electric charge transport and its accumulation based on the equivalent circuit diagram structure. There is also a chance to define and trace potential barriers and charge distribution in the capacitor structure based on an measurement and carried out experiments. This methodology and analysis consists of electrical characteristic determination to create physical model of the capacitor describing it function, properties and behaviour.
Safety Management System for Transport of Materials and Dangerous Substances
Klímová, Zdeňka ; Krejčí, Libor (referee) ; Adamec, Vladimír (advisor)
The task this master’s thesis was evaluated present status safety management system for transport of materials and dangerous substances. I looks this issues like whole in The theoretical part. I want to find all kritical locations. I analysis type of transport, transport routs, driver training, legislation and label the most transport of materials and dangerous substances. I want to found the risk to remove or cushion. I want to proposed preventive measures in the practical part.
Analysis of Critical Points in the Transportation of Hazardous Substances by Road
Fidrichová, Ivana ; Dostál, Ivo (referee) ; Adamec, Vladimír (advisor)
Diploma thesis focuses on the analysis of critical points in the transport of hazardous materials on the basis of which there is given a methodology for selecting safe routes. Thethesis includes statistical data on the total performance in the transport of hazardous materials within the EU states as well as specifies the proportion of transport performance of hazardous materials to the total performance among the individual European countries. For Czech Republic, the thesis also presents a statistical overview of the accident rate associated with this kind of transport as well as deals with the causes and consequences of the accidents occured during the transportation.
Enhancing Safety by Effective Prevention and Repression in Road Transport of Hazardous Things
Heclová, Naděžda ; Mika, Otakar Jiří (referee) ; Adamec, Vladimír (advisor)
This thesis deals with preventive measures concerning transport of dangerous goods and how these are observed. Also, it discusses the influence of training and the shortcomings of the training system in the field of ADR. Further, the thesis mentions the development of road side checks connected with the transport of dangerous goods and also accidents connected with this kind of transport. As far as the accidents connected with the transport of dangerous goods are concerned, the main causes of these have been surveyed.
Continuous vertical conveyor for transport the goods
Zálešák, Martin ; Bukovský, Radim (referee) ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the existing of transportation unit products and designing of a better conceptual solution of continuous elevator with fixed section of a gravity and roller conveyor. This type of conveyor is specified mainly for the transport of boxed products from the lower floor to the another. The diploma thesis is substantiate by the proposal of assemblies machines. It includes a complete 3D design, engineering and functional solution that is supported by basic strength and the check calculations. The attachments consist of the drawings of the proposed facility.
Complex approach towards determination of transportation costs associated with waste-to-energy
Gregor, Jiří ; Putna, Ondřej (referee) ; Šomplák, Radovan (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to assess modes of transport and to choose the correct one with the possibility of compressing waste. Depending on key parameters which influence the final price, the most economical option is chosen. These variants are prepared for the following application in the software Neruda. It is necessary to evaluate the system of collection as a whole and to choose realistic and economical transport distances with transfer stations available.
Design of bio-incubator for cell culture transport
Machýček, David ; Maňas, Pavel (referee) ; Paloušek, David (advisor)
In a research part, this diploma thesis deals with dividing incubators into groups according to their kind of use. From the groups biological incubators have been chosen to describe their construction, to explain possibilities of doing sampling and temperature and CO2 control. The research part is concluded by an overview of biological transport incubators for a transfer of cell cultures. In the part of the thesis which deals with a new construction solution some variations are suggested. The most suitable variation has been chosen after a structural technological description, and it is further described in a constructional solution. The frame of the incubator is made from aluminium alloy and is controlled by FEM. There are individual structural nodes being explained and visualised step by step in the construction solution. In the end of the construction solving some information about making the construction and prices of all continuing manufacture are stated.
