Financial analysis of ABATIS

The objective of the thesis is to describe the financial aspects of a company, as well as areas, in which the company excels and then compare them to the overall indicators. The evaluated period is from 2006 to 2010. The structure of the bachelor thesis is divided into two sections. The first section is theoretical and explains the methods of a financial analysis and the procedure of data selection. The second section is practical -- the theory is being applied to a specific company. Methods being used are: horizontal and vertical analysis, ratio indicators, work productivity, working capital, the Economic Value Added indicator and the overall indicators. The conclusion then contains a summary and a verdict about the financial health of the company.

The financial analysis of the firm and the intercompany comparison

This thesis is divided into two main parts-theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part I occupy myself with the essence of the financial analysis, methods of the financial analysis, bankruptcy models, models of financial standing and methods of intercompany comparison. The practical part is concentrated on the processing of the financial analysis of dm-drogerie markt, s. r. o. in the years 2008-2010 and on the comparison with competitors in the same branch-ROSSMANN, spol. s r. o. and SCHLECKER, a. s. in the same period. For the comparison I used ratio indicators, bankruptcy models (Altman Z-score, IN95), financial standing models (Kralicek Quick Test, Aspect Global Rating)), method of sequence, spider analysis. At the conclusion I evaluate all three companies with respect to their financial situation and with respect to their position on the drugstore market.

The goal of the bachelor thesis entitled "The financial analysis of Oseva Agri Chrudim, a. s." is to assess the financial situation of the company Oseva Agri Chrudim, a. s. during of period 2005-2010 based on the methods of the financial analysis and find out his competitive strength. Financial analysis is elaborated for potential investor from data of annual reports, balance sheet and profit and loss account. For analysis of company were used horizontal and vertical analysis of balance sheet and profit and loss account, next analysis of net working capital, ratio indicators, pyramidal system INFA, economic value added and bankruptcy prediction and financial solvency models. The next part of thesis is intercompany comparison with relevant competitors on the market and with sectoral average. The conclusion includes summary of the results and recommendations for improvement of the financial situation of the company.

Financial analysis of AmRest s.r.o

Goal of my thesis is to find out and assess financial process and progression of the company and its position on the market by application of the most used methods of financial analysis. Balance rules, analysis of ratio indicators, bankruptcy models and EVA indicator will be applied for the assessment of the situation. In the methodical part, methodology of application of these tools will be described, and subsequently in the practical part, their application on solving of specific situation will follow. Financial situation of the company will be observed in the range of five years, 2006 - 2010.

The bachelor's thesis named "The Financial Analysis of T-Mobile Czech Republic, Inc." is divided into two main parts. The first one contains a methodology and approaches of the financial analysis and these are applied in the second part. There are also computed and commented particular indicators of the analyzed company in years 2007 to 2010 in the second part. Numerical results are presented in charts and tables. The conclusion of the thesis summarizes the results of the financial analysis performed on the given company.

Financial analysis of a company Severočeská energetika, a.s.

The aim of the thesis is to generally approach the financial analysis with focus on the models of summary assessment of a company (i.e. bankruptcy models and creditworthy models). In the practical part the financial analysis of the company Severočeská energetika, a.s., was performed for the period 2001 - 2006 by means of horizontal and vertical analysis of accounting statements, by means of ratio indicators and bankruptcy and creditworthy models including comparison of the results of the individual methods used.

The purpose of the Bachelor's Thesis is to evaluate the financial health of Rudolf Jelínek, company and its comparison with a competing company Jan Becher -- Karlovarska Becherovka, company. The thesis consists of three main parts. First part - methodological-theoretical apparatus - provides informations about users financial analysis, its resources, analytical procedures, ratio indicators, models and other procedures used. The second part is devoted to a brief approach of the investigated company. The focal work is in third part, whose content is a financial analysis itself. At the basis of financial analysis is the company's financial health reviewed in the conclusion of the work.
