Cílem bakalářské práce s názvem "Finanční analýza podniku Oseva Agri Chrudim, a. s." je zhodnotit finanční situaci podniku Oseva Agri Chrudim, a.s. během období 2005-2010 na základě metod finanční analýzy a zhodnotit jeho situaci mezi konkurencí. Finanční analýza je zpracována pro potenciálního investora z údajů výročních zpráv, rozvah a výkazů zisku a ztráty. Pro analýzu podniku byla použita horizontální a vertikální analýza rozvahy a výkazu zisku a ztráty, dále analýza čistého pracovního kapitálu, poměrových ukazatelů, pyramidového systému INFA, ekonomické přidané hodnoty a bankrotních a bonitních modelů. Další částí práce je mezipodnikové srovnání s relevantními konkurenty na trhu a s odvětvovým průměrem. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty výsledky a doporučení pro zlepšení finanční situace podniku. The goal of the bachelor thesis entitled "The financial analysis of Oseva Agri Chrudim, a. s." is to assess the financial situation of the company Oseva Agri Chrudim, a. s. during of period 2005-2010 based on the methods of the financial analysis and find out his competitive strength. Financial analysis is elaborated for potential investor from data of annual reports, balance sheet and profit and loss account. For analysis of company were used horizontal and vertical analysis of balance sheet and profit and loss account, next analysis of net working capital, ratio indicators, pyramidal system INFA, economic value added and bankruptcy prediction and financial solvency models. The next part of thesis is intercompany comparison with relevant competitors on the market and with sectoral average. The conclusion includes summary of the results and recommendations for improvement of the financial situation of the company.
