Analysis of Selected Company by Using the Selective Methods

The thesis is aimed at analysis of a selected company Goldpress s.r.o., which specializes in the printing industry. The first part deals with theoretical bases, further are performed analyzes – PESTEL analysis, Porter's analysis, 7S and selected methods of financial analysis. The results of the partial analyzes are summarized in the SWOT analysis. The conclusion of the thesis suggests recommendations based on results of performed analyses and aimed at improving the current state.

Proposal for Marketing Communication Improvement

The master´s thesis deals with the proposal for marketing communication improvement in chosen company. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first, theoretical part describes the important terms of marketing and presents theoretical framework for following parts. The second part is focused on the characteristics of selected company and describes its current situation. This part also analyses the internal and external environment, marketing and communication mix and contains the results of questionnaire survey. Based on results of analytical part, the third part contains proposals for marketing communication improvement.

Small Company Development

The main aim of my master´s thesis is suggesting developement of a small company based on a critical analysis. In the theoretical part of the thesis is explained the basic concepts which will be used in analytical and conclusion part. In analytical part of the thesis there is performed analysis of internal and external environment. On the basic of analytical part, will be detected the proposal for development. In the conclusing part the changes are proposed for introduction into the company.

This bachelor´s thesis deals with analysis of the small company ESTA, spol. s r.o. It contains theoretical bases, which are then implemented in the actual business reality through SLEPTE analysis, McKinsey 7S Framework, Porter's analysis and SWOT analysis. Finally, the situation is evaluated and solutions are proposed to improve the current situation of the company.

The master's thesis is focused on development strategy of a small company. The strategic analysis included in this thesis shows the company’s position on the market. The thesis provides a complex strategy of further development according to the analysis results, the corporate vision and the strategic objectives of the company. The strategy includes the aspects of functional strategies, concrete proposal of solutions and schedule of its implementation.

Bachelor thesis deals with the identification, risk analysis and formulation of hints for managing and elimination of risks in the company, which deals with sale of door panels. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part is explained problem of risk management in the company, following of information from different Czech and foreign literature. The practical part is destined for application of obtained knowledge. Formulated hints are flowing from risk analysis, which are affecting on a company from internal and external environment. Risk analysis stems from identification assets and threats, by using the tools of strategic analysis. There is quantification of expected costs and gains.
