Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou malého podniku ESTA, spol. s r.o. Obsahuje teoretická východiska, která jsou následně implementována do skutečné reality podniku, a to prostřednictvím SLEPTE analýzy, Modelu 7S, Porterovy analýzy a SWOT analýzy. Závěrem je vyhodnocena situace a jsou navržena řešení, která zlepší současný stav podniku. This bachelor´s thesis deals with analysis of the small company ESTA, spol. s r.o. It contains theoretical bases, which are then implemented in the actual business reality through SLEPTE analysis, McKinsey 7S Framework, Porter's analysis and SWOT analysis. Finally, the situation is evaluated and solutions are proposed to improve the current situation of the company.
