The thesis is focused on the identification of service and administrative processes and sub processes inside the chosen company and proposal of their possible separation and outsourcing using the Business Process Management methods. Potential changes should be aimed to release capacity of the monitored team of the company and optimize their processes and related capacity during busy season and also from the long term perspective. The company set the conditions for potential changes by keeping current standards about quality of products and services and keeping current rules for client communication. Additionally company expects decreasing of personal costs related to inquired services.

The thesis is focused on analysis and optimization of processes in a company realizing software projects. Its aim is to find deficiencies in the process of realization of an individual customer requirement and to design improvements. According to the analysis of the process of requirement realization, the deficiencies were analysed from which the most important were selected and used for designing optimization of this process.
Process Optimization of the Educational Programs Realisation

The diploma thesis is devoted to the process analysis of realization educational programs and their optimization. The theoretical section is focused on educational programs, educational policy EU concept, process questions and connected notions. The analytical part researches implementation processes of educational programs, international activities analysis of Faculty of business, bilateral contracts and questionnaire survey. Knowledge of the analytical part is used in the proposal part, where results of the research are evaluated and drawn up procedures to improve processes. Proposals and disposals leading to increasing student´s participation and process optimization were compiled on the basis of gained information about Faculty of business and they respect educational concept of European Union.
The proposal of the system of regular monitoring of the suppliers’ process capability indices

This diploma thesis named “The Proposal of the System of Regular Monitoring of the Suppliers’ Process Capability Indices” is divided into two sections. There is a theory about statistical process control with emphasized process capability analysis in the first section. The content of the second section is starting point, procedure and the outcome of the project I worked on in Robert Bosch Company, České Budějovice. The aim of the project is the improvement of input quality via the evaluation of suppliers based on their outcomes of SPC.
Project of automated product control on production line

This work deals with analysis one of the production lines at ModusLink Czech Republic s.r.o. It seeks to find possibilities for automation of different processes on the line, currently performed manually. The basic focus is to find the appropriate technical solutions to the automated control of the designated production line. The work seeks to describe all meaningful solutions and compare their advantages and disadvantages. From this comparison of the final proposal is based on comprehensive solutions with the use of machine vision. Another point is the selection of a suitable contractor for the implementation of the proposal, making its advantage in economic terms and the resulting recommendations, if implemented the proposal.
Corporate Performace Management in the Retail Area

This Diploma thesis focuses on the alignment of regulatory processes to support corporate performance management in the selected retail company. The main objective is the preparation of process maps that serve as a basis for the implementation of a global standard for automatic exchange of financial account information, developed by the OECD, also called as Common Reporting Standard. Additionally, the partial objectives include analysis of existing forms of content-related processes, creating a methodological support to the created processes and the theoretical concepts of regulatory requirements. The theoretical part focuses on the introduction of concepts related to the corporate management performance and also on theory about specific regulatory regulation used. In the practical part is an analysis of the company through the Balanced Scorecard (BSC), followed by the actual design and process description. The main contribution of the Diploma thesis was to perform process optimization, along with some improvements during the creation of these processes. The company will use the outcomes in practice.
Optimalisation of approval process

This bachelors thesis is focusing on the analysis and optimization of the approval process in the bank. The work consists of four parts and each of them contains a certain aim. The first part of the work is devoted to the theoretical analysis of the approval document. The aim of this part is to explore the literature of the problem area and define the concepts and tools used in practical part of this bachelors thesis. The first part identifies the process of document approval and methods of RACI matrix and the EPC diagram. The second part is analysis of the current state of approval process in the bank, whose aim is to describe the companys internal statutes, on which are organizations operations based in the approval process and modeling the EPC diagram of the actual state by using information provided by bank. The third part is the evaluation of the actual state of approval process through utilization of questionnaires and determination of hypotheses. The aim is to illustrate the problem areas of organization. The last part is about projecting changes. This part is about removing the unnecessary elements, realizing transformation of internal statutes, categorizing existing documents and allocating the role to the approvers of the process based on internal data analysis, results from the questionnaires and using RACI matrices. Solution to the problem of approval document in organization was proceeded on banks demand. Optimization of approval process has a practical usage for the bank.
Business processes analysis and optimization proposal for procurement department of bank institution

This work is focused on the business processes analysis and subsequent optimization of procurement department of bank institution. The main objective is to analyze actual state of processes and propose a solution that would lead to their optimization and more effective work of department. The first part of this bachelors thesis is theoretical. I deal with the matter of process modeling and used methodology. In the second part, I describe the bank institution in general and focus on the procurement department in more detail - I describe job content, organizational structure and used software. Next part is about business processes of department - their analysis and subsequent evaluation. In conclusion, there is improvement proposal for processes.

The master thesis deals with optimization of business processes in a telecommunication company views of knowledge management. For this purpose, attention is paid to the following areas, namely knowledge management, implementation methodologies of knowledge management, process analysis and process optimization. The theoretical part deals mainly with the link between knowledge management and ways of managing organizations, it presents a theoretical framework necessary for the practical part of the work, which is based on implementation of monitoring system using selected methodology in an environment of selected organization.
