Changes in Tyden magazine after Frantisek Nachtigalls editor in chief

The bachelor's thesis Changes in Tyden magazine after Frantisek Nachtigall's becoming editor in chief tries to desribe changes in the new weekly Tyden between the beginning od June, 2008, and the end of May, 2010. There were three different editors in chief in this two years long time period. Dalibor Balsinek had been working at the top position till the end of January, 2009. After that he was temporarily replaced by Daniel Malek. At the end of September, 2010, Frantisek Nachtigall became the editor in chief. The thesis focuses on changes that Nachtigall made. He came to Tyden from a tabloid news paper Aha!, therefore some people were worried that Tyden could become more tabloids like. The author of this thesis tries to find out whether their assumptions were right. After the presenting of the Tyden weekly and the three editor in chief figures the thesis brings a description of the changes in each section and subsection. It focuses on the structural and personal changes, variations of the front page and differences in the choice of topics.

TŮMOVÁ, M.: Changes of the microregion Rychnov nad Kněžnou between two world wars in the sources of municipal administration, on maps and plans, the thesis, The Faculty of Arts of Charles University in Prague, 2011, 90 p., 6 app. The thesis covers the changes of the environment of the city of Rychnov nad Kněžnou and its neighbourhood between the two world wars. In terms of the selected sources of municipal administration, the objective of the thesis is to detect whether the municipal documents contain relevant information and how much of it. The thesis is divided into chapters according to the sources that were harvested. The introduction covers the brief history of Rychnov nad Kněžnou. The main body focuses on the changes of the urban area in terms of the selected sources and considers relevance of the sources in understanding of development of the urban area. The municipal maps are enclosed in order to demonstrate the development and the changes and to provide a better orientation. Vegetation changes of urban forests

Urbanization is one of the most intense and biggest factor of homogenization created by human. Cities produce environment which is important just for one species and it is homo sapiens. Very important is also instability of pumping natural resources instead of preservation natural environment. In consequence of cities expand across the planet, biological homogenization increases because the same urban-adaptable species become increasingly widespread and locally abundant in cities all around the World. Synantropic species adapted to intensely modified built habitats at the urban core are global homogenizers, that we found in cities and urban woodlands worlwide. This species consist of early successional plants and edge animal species as mesopredator mammals and frugivorous birds that can utilize gardens, forest fragmnents and many other habitats available in the suburbs. The intentional and unintentional importation of species adapted to urban habitats often produces local species diversity and abundance that is usually equal to or greater than the surrounding landscape. Human populations inhabit richly cultivated suburban habitats with a relatively high local floral nad faunal diversity without awerness of the global impoverishment caused by urbanization. Success of reintroduction programmes and behavioural changes in captive animals

The aims of this study are to: 1) review the data available in scientific literature about reintroduction programmes in vertebrates (reptiles, birds and mammals). The success of founder population reintroduction into the nature was assessed by its population size, survival rate and other life history traits. The breeding in captivity vs. using wild-caught animals for reintroduction and breeding conditions (longevity of captivity) was checked. Breeding in enclosure versus semi-captive conditions was also checked. 2) mainly, assess behavioural and morphological changes of populations in relation with captive breeding in relation to success of reintroduction. Map the geographic distribution of reintroduction programmes of particular higher taxa and evaluate the IUCN species status of animals used for conservation programmes.

Project management in selected company

This work deals with project management in chosen company. It has two parts. The first part is theoretical, which is focused to theoretical treatment of the subject. It explains what is the project, management of projects, organizations of projects, processes of project management, what is target of project, communication, control, changes and risks and more. In the practical part I focused to concrete company and project management and than I analyzed concrete project. Name of the mentioned company is OHL ŽS, a.s. It is company from Spain, which acts all over the world. In the Czech Republic has the base in Brno. This company has several divisions and every of them is focused to different professional architecture. I have chosen division of structural engineering. This division builds all kinds of buildings. It could be construction of new buildings or reconstruction. To analysis of chosen project I used various business documents, contracts with investor or suppliers, document which include billing, timetable. I especially used my experience with projects of this company, and I was part of this project. Name of this project is Reconstruction of cladding including replacement windows and insulation. During the analysis of project I found a couple major gaps. If we could avoid these gaps, we could increase profit. These graphs is especially in management. At the beginning there were appointed two temporary construction managers. They doesn't care about result project, because they knew that they will not be to the end of the project. These gaps are because there is missing motivation system. Project manager can´t affect results of employees. It doesn´t depend on performance of employees, they always has the same wages. For elimination of these gaps I proposed several suggestions for improvement. The first suggestion is modification and extension of motivation system. New motivation system include personal evaluation. This evaluation depends on performance of employee. The second part is bonus from over profit. The next suggestion is make a new working position. This position would take care about controlling and project documentation. During the building project, especially at the end is construction manager very busy. It depend of decision of construction 63 manager what kind of activity will have prefer. Project documentation and administration or controlling of building works. If they are doing everything correct and technology are respect. Suggested position would take care about invoices, real work, which is done, project documentation, controlling of budget. The third suggestion is purchase of small machinery such as chipping hammers and drills. At this time they rent all devices. Rent is higher than purchase price. The last suggestion is use credit to restoration of fleet. At this time they have obsolete fleet, because the bought all cars by cash. It is not conveniently.

The thesis also addresses characteristic features of limited liability companies, their development and the conditions that have to be met by companies abroad.

The Change Management in an Environment of Selected Sports Organizations

Bachelor thesis deals with the application of change management - management changes for selected sports organizations hockey club Zvolen. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the general theory of change management, different procedures and evaluation of the administrative process of change management in the organization. Part of this work is the analysis of the current state of HKM Zvolen, description of the organization as a whole and in the light of theoretical knowledge proposal innovation and change appropriate for the organization.
