Financial analysis of the company Kofola a.s.

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is a comprehensive evaluation of the financial situation of the company Kofola a.s. Financial analysis evaluates 5 years in the period from 2008 to 2012. Theoretical part introduces the basic concepts of financial analysis. This part also describes different indicators evaluating financial health of the company, Du Pont analysis, EVA and explains bankruptcy and credibility models. Those methods are then applied on the financials of the company Kofola a.s. in the practical part and the results are suitably commented on. The conclusion contains a summary of the comprehensive evaluation of the situation and suggested recommendations.

The aim of the thesis "Financial analysis of PAS PLUS s.r.o." is to analyse and evaluate the development of the financial situation of the company from 2009 to 2014, compare with the industry and forecast future development. Bachelor thesis is composed of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part explains the purpose of financial analysis and describes procedures used in the construction and calculations in the practical part. Between the methods used in financial analysis are included horizontal and vertical analysis, balance rules, ratio analysis, Du Pont analysis, the value indicator EVA, creditworthy and bankruptcy models and spider analysis for comparison with a sector. The practical part contains a description of PAS PLUS s.r.o. and methods mentioned above in the theoretical part.

Financial analysis of company Wellen, a.s.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyse and evaluate financial health of Wellen, a.s. company using the methods of financial analysis. This financial analysis is performed from an external user point of view based on financial statements of the company within years 2008 and 2012. This bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical part and practical part. Theoretical part includes explanations of basic concept and description of chosen methods of financial analysis in terms of their use and application. Practical part is focused on introduction of the chosen company, also on the application of chosen methods applied to real situation in the company, and on interpretation of achieved results. The used methodical apparatus are absolute and ratio indicators, Du Pont analysis, estimation of the costs of equity, economic value added and some models of financial crisis prediction. In the final part of this bachelor thesis are summarized the results of all used methods and is reviewed the evolution of financial situation of Wellen company during the reporting period together with recommendations for improvements.

Using loans, leasing, investments and other sources of funding is connected with interests, which are the cost of financial capital. The aim of this Bachelor's Thesis is to assess the financial situation of the company "Pivovar Svijany, a.s.", in the years 2007 - 2011 based on publicly available information. The work is divided into two main parts. The theoretical section explains the concept of financial analysis and describes the used methods. This is an analysis of absolute indicators, differential indicators, ratios, bankruptcy and credibility models, EVA index and Du Pont analysis. In the practical part, above mentioned models are used to analyze the financial situation of the company "Pivovar Svijany, a.s.", and they are compared with competitor "Chodovar s.r.o."

The diploma thesis analyses the problem of the company efficiency and its evaluation. Theoretical basis was applied in the cooperative company, whose main activity is the custom-made furniture. The analysis of company efficiency was conducted on a base of a financial analysis. The conclusion contains suggestions for improving the current company situation.

The thesis is focused on economic analysis of company Clasic Cotton spol. s r.o. The aim of the thesis is to explore economic performance and financial health of the company between period of years 2006 and 2011. According to results from analysis of historical development we can evaluate current situation and think about possible recommendations to increase effectiveness of management in the coming years. First part of the thesis is dealing with theoretical explanation of terms and tools from area of economic analysis. Second part is devoted to closer introduction of the company and description of important events that occurred in reporting period. Third part of the thesis is finally focused on realization of economic analysis and application of selected tools of economic analysis on the company Clasic Cotton spol. s r.o. As a conclusion we can find a summary of results of individual models and evaluation of the situation of analyzed company.

Financial analysis based on accounting statements

The main goal of this financial analysis of the RUPA, ltd is to assess financial situation and success of the company management during the five-year period. The first part examines horizontal and vertical analysis of accounting statements, ratio indicators and index fluctuations. At the end of this part I shall present the DuPont model. Moreover, this analysis includes comparison of the firm with indexes in the food sector, so I can reveal trends, which have influenced the company. Second part of this work will be devoted to use a few creditworthy and bankruptcy models. To conclude, I shall designate the basic problems and try to give solutions to how they can be overcomed.

Objective of this thesis is to evaluate financial health of wine-making cooparative Templar Wine Cellars of Čejkovice over the years 2006 -- 2011 at least 5 consecutive years. Theoretical part describes the purpose of financial analysis along with methods that I apply in practical part (absolute indicators, balance sheet rules, net working capital, Du Pont analysis, value and bankruptcy models, economic value added). In practical part, apart from the applications of the described metods is wine-making cooparative Templar Wine Cellars of Čejkovice also compared with the industry.
