Supiková, Tamara ; Kacálková, Lenka (referee) ; Kacálek, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis focuses on creating project documentation for the construction of a nearly zero-energy building. The objective is to design the layout, structural system, and load-bearing system with appropriately selected materials and structural elements. The Building Information Modeling (BIM) method will be applied during the documentation process. Each floor will accommodate two residential units of different floor plans. In addition to the staircase, an elevator has been designed in the common areas. The underground level includes storage rooms, a technical room, a cleaning room, and a stroller room. The project includes detailed drawing documentation, as well as a building physics assessment and visualization of the structure. The predominant construction system consists of masonry walls using ceramic blocks for the perimeter walls and reinforced concrete for the internal load-bearing walls. The roof is designed as a truss with a suspended ceiling.

Paulová, Veronika ; Pilgr, Milan (referee) ; Barnat, Jan (advisor)
The work is focused on the design and assessment of the steel structure of the farm building for livestock housing. The structure is in rectangular shape with floor plan dimensions of 22.3 x 52.8 m. The height of the structure at the ridge is 6.72 m and on the edge it is 5 m. The roof construction is gable with a slope of 14.1 % (8o). The structure is made up of columns of cross-section I, to which the crossbars and purlins, also of cross-section I, are attached with a screw connection. The spatial rigidity of the structure is secured by longitudinal and transverse stiffeners. The structure is further reinforced with diagonal tie rods. The entire structure is designed from S355 structural steel. Calculation of internal forces and deformations was carried out using Scia Engineer software. The work also includes a technical report and drawing documentation.

Kovářová, Lucie ; Hrabovský, Kristián (referee) ; Benešová, Romana (advisor)
The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the project documentation of a family house with a commercial space. The building is located on Květinová Street in Pohořelice near Brno. It is a detached house with two above-ground and one underground floor. The main and dominant part with a gable roof is designed as a residential area for housing, complemented by a simple form of wine store with the cellar in a simple form. Both parts are accessible from the street. The house is three-story, with the entrance on the first floor, which includes a shared living area with the gallery above, technical and sanitary facilities, guest amenities, and a wine store with its own entrance and separate operation. The wine store and cellar in the basement are connected by a spiral staircase. The private second floor contains living rooms, bathroom, and access to a terrace. The main structural elements of the building are brick vertical walls made of therm bricks reinforced with reinforced concrete rings, monolithic reinforced concrete ceiling slabs, and a truss wooden roof structure. The stairs are made of steel. The building is founded on reinforced concrete strips, which are stepped down to the level of the basement. The material solution for the surfaces is inspired by the traditional technique of storing wine in wooden barrels with metal hoops. Therefore, the facade of the main structure has wooden cladding the ventilation, and the roofing and facade of the wine bar are made of aluminum composite panels. A lightweight envelope with projecting laminated trusses is designed for the gable part of the house in the garden, providing shading.
Winery in Mutěnice
Škorvánková, Andrea ; Muroň, Ivo (referee) ; Ležatka, Lukáš (advisor)
The essential idea of the design was to create an object whose shape and size does not disturb the image of the village environment in which it is located. Winery requires large areas for production and storage. It is divided into two one-storey objects both for technological reasons, but also because of the creation of two smaller volumes. The shape of the roof creates the division of the volume into several smaller ones, which are not so foreign to the village environment. The facade consists of vertical wooden slats in a natural pale shade. Aluminum windows in anthracite color, are designed in contrast to the expression of the facade. They are framed by an aluminum structure extending beyond the facade. The entrances to the building are covered with a light steel canopy in the same color.

Malý, Jan ; Tomášová, Klára (referee) ; Dulenčín, Juraj (advisor)
The subject of the bachelor thesis is the construction of an apartment resort in Velké Karlovice. There are two existing buildings on the plot, which will be reconstructed and changed to apartment houses. In the southern part of the plot one new building will be built, which will also be used as an apartment house. The complex is located in the village of Velké Karlovice, in Zlín region, more specifically in the part of the village called Leskové. The whole village falls under the Beskydy Protected Landscape Area. The apartment resort will be used mainly for short-term rental of individual apartments. Due to the mountainous area, winter use for skiers and summer use for cyclists and hiking is expected. The reconstructed building will be four-storey with a gable roof. On the first floor there will be garages and cellars, for example for storing skis or bicycles. The other floors will then be used for apartments with two or three living rooms and a kitchenette. In the new building, each apartment will be two-storeyed, with a cellar, bathroom with toilet and living room with kitchenette on the first floor and two living rooms on the second floor. In total, there will be 18 apartments in the renovated buildings and 12 apartment units in the new building.
