Diploma thesis is focused on project which will serve as a proposal for development of generic product for the company Teva Czech Industries s.r.o. Project management methods will be used in this work. Output of thesis is going to be a project plan which will be compiled using the functions of MS Project program. Several analyses such as risk analysis or source analysis are going to be part of other outputs.

This diploma thesis is the proposal of a marketing plan for the product of Starobrno Brewery, which falls under the brewery group Heineken Czech Republic, a.s. The marketing plan is compiled based on best practices from the theoretical background of the thesis elaborated in the first part. The necessary step for the design of an adequate plan is to implement required analyzes of macro and micro environment, marketing communications. Based on the information obtained from the analytical part of the thesis, is compiled marketing plan for special beer Starobrno Medák for the year 2014/2015.

The thesis consists of three parts, a theoretical part, an analysis of the current situation and the proposal of a business plan. The theoretical part describes the principles of formation of a business plan and legal forms of business. The business plan is formed based on the analysis of the market into which the new travel agency enters.

The Analysis of Event Marketing by Student Organisation

This diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the marketing communication in non-profit organization focusing on organizing events and related event marketing. The aim of the analysis is to prepare the groundwork for the creation and implementation of new, unique event that will fill in the accompanying programme of a specific project. The work is divided into three parts: theoretical, analytical and proposal. The analytical part focuses on cultural activities in public spaces with focus on students and the public in order to prepare a unique event. Based on this analysis, the specific event is designed and incorporated into the communication mix of company. The diploma thesis also describes detailed implementation and assesses the whole progress of the event.

In the thesis is also introduced the proposals to improve the financial situation of company.
