The subject of this Bachelor Thesis is a newly constructed detached house in Lezník. The building is designed on a plot 236. The land is flat. The Bachelor´s Thesis is prepared in the form of project documentation. This is detached house with a basement and two floors. The house has partial basement. The house was built by Porotherm brick – type blocks and Miako hollow ceiling bricks. The roof above the living area is a saddle. The roof above the garage is flat. All constructions were done according to valid CSN code. Architectural and proportional design of the building fits into surrounding buildings.

Above-ground masonry is of brick blocks POROTHERM and underground masory is from block of BTB.Ceiling construction ceramic POROTHERM. Saddle roof.

In the thesis is solved newly built freestanding house. The building will be located in the village Jedovnice, K Propadání street, parc. No. 2322/72, Blansko district. House has two floors with a partial basement. Maximum dimensions in circumscribing the outline of the house are 14.6 x16.55 m. Ridge height is 7.23 m. House is based on the footings of plain concrete C16/20. The base is reinforced concrete slab KARI network 150x150x6. The building is designed from the system Porotherm. The staircase is concrete. The roof is gabled with ceramic clay tiles. The roof above the garage is flat with a coating covering.

The basis contruction are of plain concrete C16/20. The base is reinforced concrete slab KARI network 100/100/6. The building is performed from the system Porotherm. The staircase is concrete. The roof rack of the house is made of metal roofing.

This work deals with the single-family detached house including an office. The result is a three-storey partial basement building with built in garage intended for 2 cars. The roof of the house is flat and single casing. The ground plan of the house has rectangular shape, the building is located in the slightly sloping plot in a quiet area of family houses. The main entrance including the plot entrance is oriented to the north. All rooms are naturally litand ventilated. For the skeleton, the building system KM beta is used.

In the basement, there is the technical background of the house, storage rooms and laundry room. On the first floor, there is the hairdressing saloon, as well as a garage and other living rooms. The second floor is used only for residential purposes. The building is designed as a stand-alone house on a flat terrain. The roof is designed as a pent roof with two planes.
