Courts of Justice as a Clean Public Good

This thesis defines courts as pure public goods. It deals with the inclusion of the courts of the state powers, deals with the courts in terms of performance of the state administration. It draws attention to the problem of the system of courts, which doesn't correspond in terms of the territoral aspect with distribution of land in the Czech Republic and also connects on this research transport service courts. Then examines the issue of provision of services and satisfaction of the courts of such services.

The main goal of the diploma thesis is to describe and evaluate the form of city logistics and transportation services in Pardubice -- Hradec Králové area and to define related basic problems. The theoretical part focuses on the general background of city logistics, sustainable development, relation between transportation and environment and possibilities of reduction of negative influences on environment. In the practical part there is analysis of current situation of traffic infrastructure and logistics flows in the area with samples of resolution of the largest problems of transportation services. The conclusion contains the summary and recommendations.

This bachelor's paper includes information about public transport in the Ústí region of the Czech republic. The main part of this paper consists of the analysis of connections between chosen towns and cities (number of connections and structure of connections). Another parts of this paper include: list of basic facts about the 'transport crisis' in the Ústí region, which took place in 2006, current status of creating an integrated transport system, brief information about city transport systems, especially the one in the region's capital.

Traffic service in Šumava region

Bakalářská práce se zabývá dopravní obslužností Šumavy a analýzou dopravní obslužnosti v mikroregionu Horní Vltava - Boubínsko, která byla provedena jednak z hlediska počtu spojů s příslušným úřadem práce a jednak z hlediska počtu spojů v pracovní den a o víkendu. Výsledky analýzy byly porovnány s průměrem v Jihočeském kraji a s minimálním standardem dopravní obslužnosti v ČR. V práci jsou definovány tyto pojmy: dopravní obslužnost; licence k provozování veřejné dopravy pro cizí účely; prokazatelná ztráta; standard dopravní obslužnosti.

Jihlava - traffic management

Cílem bakalářské práce je nejprve charakterizovat a vymezit dopravní obslužnost města Jihlavy a následně na základě výzkumu spokojenosti cestujících, který provedl Městský úřad Jihlavy v souvislosti s Evropským týdnem mobility, určit, jak tento systém vyhovuje jejich požadavkům a navrhnout, jak by se dal případně zlepšit.

Bakalářská práce se věnuje analýze dopravní obslužnosti v Libereckém kraji, zvláště mikroregionu Frýdlantsko. Za klíčové pojmy jsou považovány následující: doprava a dopravní obslužnost; licence k provozování veřejné dopravy pro cizí účely; prokazatelná ztráta; standard dopravní obslužnosti. Pozornost je věnována analýze dopravní obslužnosti nejen z hlediska počtu spojů, ale také z hlediska spojení obcí s příslušným úřadem. V závěrečných částech jsou analyzovaná data srovnávána s průměrnými stavy v Libereckém kraji.

The main goal of the diploma thesis is to describe and evaluate the form of city logistics and transportation services in New York City and to define related basic problems. The theoratical part focuses on the general background of distribution processes, logistics technologies based on transport and city logistics in general. Then in the practical part there is commented the status and trends in personal, freight transport, distribution and storage of goods in New York region, the largest problems of transportation services in aglomeration and strategies of their solution. The conclusion contains the summary and recommendations.

Prague into Europe – as Munich?

Cílem článku je zejména poukázat na 'nemoci' Prahy, které mohou nastat v nových liberálních ekonomických a sociálních podmínkách, ukázat na zkušenostech z analogického města - Mnichova - některé možnosti zmírnění jejich průběhu. Dále zjistit důsledky 'nemocí' jimiž Praha prošla v minulých desítiletích a které se jasně projevují ve srovnání s Mnichovem. Cílem článku je dále zjistit reservy které Praha má a jak by jejich využití umožnilo předcházet větším obtížím - za takovou reservu považuje hlavně dosud extensívně využitý, ale zanedbaný suburbánní prostor pražské aglomerace. Rukopis článku byl v r. 1991 předán redakci časopisu Územní plánování a urbanismus, vydávaný TERPLAN Praha. Rukopis nebyl redakcí přijat s odůvodněním, "že již o Německu bylo publikováno dost". Z pohledu roku 2010 článek ukazuje, že v českém výzkumu výstavby a architektury bylo komplexní povědomí o problematice stavu českého osídlení, i po 40 letech isolace od světového dění.
