Diplomová práce definuje soudy jako čisté veřejné statky. Zabývá se začleněním soudů mezi státní moci, pojednává o soudech z hlediska výkonu státní správy Upozorňuje na problém soustavy soudů, která z hlediska územního nekoresponduje s územním rozdělením České republiky a na toto zároveň navazuje výzkumem dopravní obslužnosti soudů. Následně zkoumá problematiku poskytování služeb soudy a spokojenost občanů s těmito službami. This thesis defines courts as pure public goods. It deals with the inclusion of the courts of the state powers, deals with the courts in terms of performance of the state administration. It draws attention to the problem of the system of courts, which doesn't correspond in terms of the territoral aspect with distribution of land in the Czech Republic and also connects on this research transport service courts. Then examines the issue of provision of services and satisfaction of the courts of such services.
