This master thesis deals with the proposal of a nursing building. The building is a three-storey and without a cellar. House is designed for accommodation with permanent care for seniors. The building is designed to accommodate up to 46 people. The whole of object is barrier – free. The component is kitchen with dinin room and laundry room for easily using. The main entrance is situated to the northeast. and the building is also accessible from the northwest and the southeast. There are paved guest parking areas around the buildings. The building have a flat roof. The buildings are as designed ferroconcrete skeleton with filling perimeter wall HELUZ. The work contains drawings and technical descriptions and it is composed as implementing project.

Multipurpose Rekreational Facility

This master thesis deals with the proposal of a multifunctional recreational facility. The complex of buildings consists of a guesthouse and stables. The guesthouse is a single-storey building with a residential attic. It also includes a restaurant with a mini-brewery and a shop selling horse riding products. The guesthouse is designed to accommodate up to 41 people. The first floor is barrier-free. The main entrance of the guesthouse and the shop faces southwest. The restaurant is accessible from the southeast. There are paved guest parking areas around the buildings. The building of stables with its accompanying facilities is a single-storey which is designed to stable 17 horses. The main entrance of the stables faces southeast and the building is also accessible from the northeast and the northwest. Both buildings have a gabled roof which consists of supporting rafters. The buildings are as designed a timber-frame construction with a supporting frame made of timber pillars which is coated with the FERMACELL boards.

Pension in Eagle Mountains

The thesis subject deals with processing of documentation of new boarding house in the Eagle Mountains. The boarding house is free-standing building with a cellar and aboveground three floors situated in sloping terrain. The boarding house is covered by gabled roof. A restaurant with background is projected in the first floor. In the second and the third floor double and triple rooms are situated. Total number of beds comes to thirty five. After finishing the house construction, the area will be put into original state, vegetation will be restored and new trees are going to be planted out. The access to building is from the south for the public and from the north for the staff. For movement of handicapped people with reduced movement ability the paved areas are designed and placed in front of the object.

Hippoterapy Center

The center is located on the edge of a village Borová near Chvalšiny. It’s purpose is rehabilitation with horses or therapeutic riding. The architecture is based on a south bohemian farm archetype and is in all aspects wheelchair accessible. The complex consists of a hotel building, hosre stable and a riding hall. The dissertation elaborates complete project documentation to the hotel and stable buildings. The hotel capacity is 25 berths. The whole two stories building is made of ceramic blocks Porotherm. Structurally it´s transverse wall systém. The roof’s inclination is 40°. There is aslo a caretaker’s flat in the hotel. The facade is made of dark coloured wooden battens which contrasts with the white plaster. There are places for eight horses and changing rooms for both empoyees and clients in the stable. The building is partially embedded to the terrain and the walls in the groud and built of concrete blocks. A flat roof is designed as a extensive plant garden. The south well aired facade is covered with stones All constructions correspod to valid standarts ČSN.

Semi-Detached House with the Barrier - Free Access

The subject of Bachelor’s thesis is new building semi-detached barrier-free house. The house is in a secluded and located in a slightly sloping terrain in the village Babice nad Svitavou. The building is without basement, has two aboveground floor. The building's layout and operationally divided into two apartments for 3-4 members, of which first aboveground floor is for the family of a person in a wheelchair and second aboveground floor is designed for a family with a person walking on crutches. In the building in first aboveground floor there is a double garage, above which is a single-shell flat roof walkway - terrace. Above the second aboveground floor is a single-shell flat roof not walkaway. The building is of brick from construction system POROTHERM; the ceilings are made ceiling inserts MIAKO and ceramic-concrete beams POT with monolithic. Access to the building for a person in a wheelchair is barrier-free.

Detached House for Singles

The content of this thesis is to build a detached house for singles. It is a house with two floor and attic. The house consists of three separate units and a large lounge where the residents can socialize. One of the apartments is designed to be wheelchair accessible. The building is constructed of structural system Porotherm. Ceilings are ceramic – concrete with POT beams and insert MIAKO. The roof over most of the building is designed as a flat surcharge and the attic is sheltered by a counter conventional truss. Roofing is based on plasticized PVC.

Residential house with café

The subject of this thesis is the design and preparation of project documentation building with a café on the land parcel. No. 968/2, 968/3 full. The building is designed in accordance with the master plan of the city Hlučín. It is situated so as not to disrupt local development. Its shape and appearance is created so that it engages local development. Further emphasis on ensuring the construction of the static, architectural, energy savings and safety in use of the building. The building has two floors and a partial basement with a flat roof. Layout 1st floor consists cafe which has wheelchair access, is located in the 2nd floor apartment building with two troops.

Domestic Building Without Barrier

Subject of the solution bachelor´s thesis is new building without barrier domestic building. It is two floors building made out of construction system Porotherm with monolithic ferronconcrete ceilings and flat roof. First floor is used for accommodation disabled people and there are four apartments with terrace. Second floor is used for accommodation two smaller families and there are two apartments with balconies. Building is located in sloping terrain in the development area of new houses in Chomutov in area of Alum Lake.
