Financial analysis of the company KORADO, a.s.

The objective of this bachelor's thesis is to analyse financial health of the company KORADO, a.s. in years 2009-2013. The analysis is constructed from the point of view of an external user using publicly availible sources. The thesis is divided into two main parts -- theoretical and practical. The theoretical part contains the introduction of financial analysis' methods, including horizontal and vertical analysis, financial ratios, Du Pont analysis, economic value added and some bankruptcy and credibility models. The practical part consists of the introduction of the company and the application of the financial analysis' tools. Some results are then compared to industry values. The conclusion is a summary of achieved values and their causes.

Finanční analýza ŠKODA AUTO a.s.

Hereby presented diploma thesis "Financial analysis of ŠKODA AUTO a.s." introduces the financial performance of the joint-stock company ŠKODA AUTO and attempts to provide with comprehensive in-depth analysis and to determine financial situation over the period from 2009 to 2013. The work comprises two main parts- theoretical and practical. The first part discusses theoretical issues related to financial analysis and establishes framework for further implementation of methodology. It involves purpose and objectives of financial analysis, resources employed to conduct research and methods and techniques, namely, horizontal and vertical analysis, financial ratios and models for financial health assessment. The second part describes company profile, industry analysis and particularly focuses on implementation of financial analysis of ŠKODA AUTO. This research is processed on the basis of financial data derived from the annual reports of the firm, which are available for public. In order to evaluate the company's performance and demonstrate its development various approaches are applied. Specifically, I will implement trend and vertical analysis of the balance sheet and the income statement, analyze the cash-flow statement and compute the following financial ratios: liquidity, profitability, activity, debt and solvency indicators. In addition, DuPont decomposition of return on equity (ROE) will be presented. Furthermore, analysis of financial health and credibility of the firm represented by the Beaver Test, Kralicek Quick Test and the Altman-score model will scrutinize the company's stability, profitability and creditworthiness as well as assess the threat of bankruptcy. In the conclusion all results of conducted financial analysis are summarized and evaluated.

The topic of this thesis is the financial analysis of companies Madeta, a. s. and Mlékárna Hlinsko, s. r. o. from 2007 to 2010. In the theoretical part are described the basic methods and techniques of financial analysis. In the practical part are applied each methods of financial analysis to the companies and after that the results are compared not only between each other but also in relation to the industry. At the end of the thesis the obtained results are evaluated.

Objective of this thesis is to make a complex evaluation of financial health of a selected company in a given time interval. To achieve this objective various methods of financial analysis will be used. Calculated values of financial ratios of a relevant competitor should help to assess the adequacy of individual calculated values of the chosen company. The conclusion of this thesis will be an assessment of strengths and weaknesses of the company's performance and a verdict of an overall financial health.

The goal of this thesis is to explore economic development of company Dudinger, s.r.o. for the years 2006 -- 2010 and compare situation with industry averages. The work is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical parts. First part describes methods of financial analysis and techniques of analyzing. In second parts all the methods are applied to the company data. For my work I used horizontal and vertical analysis of balance sheet and profit and lost statement, net working capital, financial ratios, bankruptcy prediction models and economic value added (EVA).

The aim of this thesis is to explore the financial situation of company KAND Ltd. for the period 2006 -- 2010, and to find out what mainly influenced financial and economic situation of the company. The work is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical, where methods and indicators of financial analysis are described. The second part is practical, where those methods and indicators are applied on the chosen company. Methods such as horizontal and vertical analysis of balance sheet and profit and lost statement, the analysis of differential indicators and financial ratio will be used. Thesis also includes comparison of companies with the branch. Indicators like profitability, liquidity, debt and labor productivity ratios will be applied and compared to the values in the branch.

The aim of the Bachalor's thesis is to analyze the real financial situation of RETAL Czech, a.s during the period 2006 -- 2010 with the help of the most widely used methods of financial analysis, compare it to competitor and the branch. The thesis is divided into 2 parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical one are described methods which are used in practical part. Practical part contains real dates, usage of methods from theoretical part and comparison with competitor. In conclusion is summary of my analysis including my recommendation.

The thesis will consist horizontal and vertical analysis, financial ratios, pyramidal analysis of the ratio ROE, EVA indicator, models of prediction of the financial distress and comparison to economic sector.
