Design of lift positional table
Vajmar, Jan ; Malášek, Jiří (referee) ; Pokorný, Přemysl (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis describes the design of a lift positional table for loads of a weight 750 kg and stroke positional table 1000 mm. At the beginning of the work is a brief analysis of the problems of lift positional tables and choice of design solutions. In addition to addressing the drive tray pallet on the table using the roller track. It addresses the dimensions of the scissor mechanism, its load, stress control and design of the actuator stroke. The work also includes drawings.
Optimization of hydraulic system for milling machining center
Smíšek, Tomáš ; Horňák, Samuel (referee) ; Nevrlý, Josef (advisor)
The bachelor thesis is focused on the design of optimized solution of the hydraulic system for milling machining centre. The main points of this work are to assess the current condition, design optimization solutions, construction calculations, final optimized solution and summary of the optimization. The contracting company is HYTEK Ltd. dealing with construction of hydraulic equipments.
Design and construction of a linear hydraulic motor
Melichar, Martin ; Budík, Tomáš (referee) ; Merenus, Ondřej (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis is interested in linear hydraulic motors. The first part consist of technical research in the field of linear hydraulic motors. The second part focuses on the construction of linear hydraulic motors including all necessary calculations. The thesis also includes technical drawings containing the total linear hydraulic motor assembly with the drawings of the top and bottom cover.
Wood-splitting machine
Bořil, Antonín ; Hloska, Jiří (referee) ; Malášek, Jiří (advisor)
The aim of this work is of known structure splitting machines to design their own structure splitting machines, including stress analysis and design of hydraulic circuit. For the design, it is necessary to select the maximum dimensions of wooden logs, which are length 1100 mm and diameter 450 mm. The machine structure is designed as a vertical.
Project of loader crane
Stoklasa, Jaroslav ; Řezníček, Milan (referee) ; Malášek, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelors thesis focuses on a project of a loading crane for mobile devices. Its goals are material strength calculations, drawing documentation, drawing of a hydraulic circuit, 2D assembly and partial production sheets. The loading crane maximum carrying capacity is 1500 kg and enables horizontal and vertical rotation of the crane-arm.
Material Handling Platform
Bíza, Pavel ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
The main subject of this thesis is the construction design of material handling platform with hydraulic drive with a loading capacity of 2 500 kg and lifting capacity of 1 800 mm. First of all, the thesis contains the selection of a suitable variant of lifting mechanism, static analysis and determination of the maximum load of the mechanism. The next section includes strength calculations of particular elements of the mechanism with regard to selected dimensions and loading. In the end, the calculation of the hydraulic drive and design of a hydraulic circuit for this drive are presented. The final output of the thesis is a drawing of the assembly of the platform.
Mobile Wood Splitter
Felcman, Miroslav ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
The main aim of the bachelor thesis is to design a mobile horizontal woodlogs splitter according to preset parameters. The part before the main design of a splitter is focused on different types of mobile splitters with the subsequent focus on the individual structural design of horizontal splitters. The next part is dedicated to design and calculation of a hydraulic circuit of the splitter that generates the required cutting force. There is a calculation of final splitting force and other working properties for all individual components of hydraulic circuit. The individual components of the splitter are stressed by the splitting force. There is a strength check of exposed parts in the last part of the thesis. The work also includes drawings of selected parts.
Mobile Wood Splitter
Grác, David ; Kubín, Martin (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
The aim of my bachelor thesis is design a mobile wooden log splitter according to the basic technical parameters: maximum pressure on the splitting wedge 90 kN, stroke 580 mm, diameter of timber to be cut to 450 mm and its maximum length to 1100 mm. Construction equipment was carried out as vertical.
Project of hydraulic arm
Andrlík, Jan ; Škopán, Miroslav (referee) ; Malášek, Jiří (advisor)
This thesis is elaborated design of the hydraulic arm. The target is for the composition of the important strength calculations and drawings hydraulic arm, whichis designed for mobile devices. Hydraulic arm allows shooting in a horizontal 360° vertical shooting between 90° and a maximum load arm 1000kg. In the work is also a schematic hydraulic circuit design.
Grapple saw for loading crane
Koumar, Martin ; Pokorný, Přemysl (referee) ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (advisor)
Aim was create "proposal grapple saw on round timber and sawn wood for loading hydraulic crane" of submitted work. Submission contained these entry conditions: maximum outreach, lifting moment, allowed load at setout 4m, other characteristics according to elect tractor trailer with loading crane those category. Estimate sectional surface grab and proposal basic proportions grapple saw was processed at first. Model was solved of grapple saw further. Check calculation of part of grapple saw were next step largely and option some components. Detailed assembly drawing was processed of grapple saw, drawings of parts and item list. Option quality materials and their ovenware were effected for individual single parts grapple saw also.
