Analysis conducted was aimed at research of internal company resources and external environment. The results of the analysis show market position and identifies source of competitive advantage. The subject diploma thesis “Proposal for a bussines strategy” is the formulation of a bussines plan for a concrete small-sized company. Finally this plan will be used as model for a realization of private kindergarten. This work includes a theoretical part, problems analysis with summary of issues relating to legal, constructive conditions for building and functioning, fiscal and economical aspects. Final part of this work is dedicated to overall assessment and expansions possibilities.

Tourism in Bosnia and Herzegovina

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the tourism of the federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The thesis has two important aims to achieve. The first one is to characterise the development of the incoming tourism in the post-war period and the second aim is to evaluate the touristic development strategies, both in Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and in Republika Srpska. My determined hypothesis assumes a huge difference between these two strategies. The determined hypothesis expects a difference in more than a half of the minor points and achievements of both strategies. On the basis of similiarity of both strategies is the plan of the thesis to find out the possible cooperation between both federations. The huge difference between the strategies of both federations can be considered as a different approach of both federations to the tourism deveplopment within one state. In the theoretical part is defined the tourism term, namely the typology and also the form of supply and demand for tourist destination. The practical part focuses on the conditions. Namely the localization, cultural-historical, or technical, where is the focus on the accomodation and catering facility and finally transportation, where the thesis analyse the transport possibilities of going to Bosnia and Herzegovina. In the end the thesis focus on the outgoing tourism, on the aim of the thesis, and try to expertly predict the future development of the tourism, based on the professional preconditions and the previous progress.

Association of municipalities Podkletí and media presentation of its activities

The aim of the bachelor thesis Association of municipalities Podkletí and media presentation of its activities is, besides other things, the analysis of possibilities in cooperation among Czech municipalities with focus on the intermunicipal cooperation. These possibilities together with the reasons and meanings of cooperation are listed in the first chapter. The main object is to evaluate the cooperation of municipalities within the specific Voluntary association of municipalities Podkletí and to evaluate the presentation of its activities in print, broadcast and new media too. Other chapters are devoted to this issue. Specifically the second chapter deals with the definition of microregion from the physical-geographical and social perspective, as well solve the origins and the reasons of origins of Association of municipalities Podkletí and individual member municipalities. Part of the third chapter is in addition to the characteristics of cooperation between selected municipalities also valorization formed on the basis of interviews with representatives of these municipalities. The last chapter deals with the importance of communication media for the presentation of cooperation of these subjects.

This bachelor thesis deals with a Local Action Group "Přiďte pobejt!". The theoretical part defines general terms related to rural development and local action groups. The practical part describes the area and characterizes the given local action group. The result is an analysis of its present activities, based on which appropriate actions for the future are recommended. The conclusion is devoted to assessing the impact of the local action group on the regional development.

In the first, theoretic part of thesis is takled about problems - history of village as self-goverment unit, different definitions od countryside, developing tools of villages, actors of development, factors of development village, participate of goverment and EU in development of village. The second, practical part of thesis presents an analyse of basic developing factors of 20 selected villages in the South Bohemian region, based on analyse of available statistical data a result of survey with management of villages.The thesis introduces proposis measures to development selected countryside villages.
