This master thesis deals with the financial and commercial evaluation of the situation of the company Precheza namely using benchmarking. The work is divided into four main parts, where the first one is devoted to theoretical bases and information, whose knowledge is necessary for understanding the topic. The next chapter focuses on a description of the company and its situational analysis. The main part is devoted to benchmarking, which is the comparison of the chosen company with its major competitors. Final remarks of the thesis discuss the main findings and conclusions of the whole performance analysis as well as suggestions and plans for the improvement of the researched company.

This master´s thesis deals with the performance evaluation of the company STROJÍRNA OSLAVANY, spol. s r.o. using the Balanced Scorecard approach and proposes the implementation of this method in the company. A proposed concept of the Balanced Scorecard is based on the strategic and financial analysis, through which the future performance of the company will be evaluated on. The thesis specifies the strategic targets for each perspective of the concept, assigns the financial and non-financial measures for individual targets, determines target value, intended strategic actions, identifies risks and evaluates the benefits of the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard concept into the company.

The aim of diploma thesis is to create the business plan for investment in technological equipment for midsize company, which operates in the jewelery manufacturing industry. The various options for financing the investment are considered in this thesis, including the possibility of drawing subsidies from EU structural funds. By using the methods of evaluation of investment was chosen the most effective way of funding and formulated my own proposals and recommendations.

This master´s thesis deals with an evaluation of the financial situation of the company in the years 2010 – 2014. The first part of the thesis describes theoretical knowledge which are used in the practical part of the thesis. The second part of the thesis contains basic information about the company. The third part of the thesis deals with calculations of financial indicators, their interpretation and comparison with recommended values. In the final part of the thesis are formulated suitable proposals for improving financial situation of the company.

Valuation of the Firm by Using Income Capitalization Approach

The aim of the thesis is to determine the value of company XY, Ltd., focused on pro-ducing precision metal manufacturing. The thesis could be used as supporting document for business decisions made by management of company and could be used as a value determination for not predetermined buyer. The value of the company is calculated on 1. 1. 2015 by application of income methods. Specifically, the valuation is processed by method of discounted cash flow method DCF entities and the economic value added method EVA. The starting point of valuation is the strategic analysis, financial analysis and the analysis of value drivers. Based on these analyses will be determined value of the company.

The Proposal of the Balanced Scorecard Model Implementation at Chosen Company

Master’s thesis deals with issue of the Balanced Scorecard model and the proposal of its implementation at chosen company. Strategic objectives of the perspectives are deduced on the basis of strategic and financial outcomes and also measures as well as target values are assigned to the strategic objectives. The strategic initiatives that lead to fulfill proposed strategic objectives are determined afterwards. The final part of this thesis deals with risks and benefits related to the Balanced Scorecard concept implementation.

The master‘s thesis discusses the evaluation of the project regarding the purchase of machinery scissors for GAFLEX, s. r. o., which is a major producer of chimneys and provider of chimney services. Work is divided into three parts, where the introductory part addresses theoretical platforms dedicated to funding and investments, the second part is an economic impact assessment and an analysis of the firm, and the third section contains proposals for potentially funding an investment in the company and evaluating the effectiveness of the investment.

This master thesis deals with the estimation of the value of enterprise PREFA KOMPOZITY a.s. via income based methods. Concretely determined by the methods of discounted cash flow and economical value added. In the theoretical part are described theoretical foundations and procedures used for valuation of enterprise. The practical part is pattern of theoretical part and consists of strategic analysis, financial analysis, SWOT analysis and also of the procedure determined on the basis of applied method of valuation. Result of the thesis is concrete determined value of the enterprise.
