Fast Reconstruction of Photoacoustic Images

The ability of reconstruction of photoacoustic images is important requirement to study soft tissues or vascular and lymphatic systems in high resulution but in small space. Today solution needs extensive computing power and it is noticeably time-consuming. In this study we would like to introduce a new solution which would be a way much faster and easy to use. My solution is up to 20x faster and needs forty percent less memory. This solution may be a better alternative for scietnist who study soft tissues by photoacoustic imaging.
Survey of village Kotvrdovice for renewal of cadastral documentation

This thesis deals with the renewal of the cadastral documentation by reprocessing in part of cadastral area Kotvrdovice. In this part of the building is anticipated to shift existing cadastral map, for reasons of historical development during the Second World War. There are described the various processing activities and problems that have occurred during processing. For processing was used software VKM2.
Dynamic drawing analysis

This thesis is focused on the dynamic drawing analysis. It deals with tracing drawing tests that can be applied for the analysis. It also deals with method for temporal segmentation of emerging drawings and also vectorization of resulted segments of drawings.
Intel Integrated Performance Primitives and their use in application development

The aim of the presented work is to demonstrate and evaluate the contribution of computing system SIMD especially units MMX, SSE, SSE2, SSE3, SSSE3 and SSE4 from Intel company, by creation of demostrating applications with using Intel Integrated Performance Primitives library. At first, possibilities of SIMD programming using intrinsic function, vektorization and libraries Intel Integrated Performance Primitives are presented, as next are descibed options of evaluation of particular algorithms. Finally procedure of programing by using Intel Integrated Performance Primitives library are ilustrated.
Ortophotomap creation in the PhotoMod System

The subject of bachelor’s thesis was creating orthophotomap in the locality of Brno - Slatina. Processing of the entire project was made in software Photomod 4.3, which is a product of Russian company Racurs. For the process of making was neccesary to do aerotriangulation and adjust of aerial photographs, to create a digital model of the relief and from that the resulting orthophotomap. The overall result of the work has been compared with geodetic surveying.
Vyhotovení Digitální katastrální mapy přepracováním původních grafických podkladů v katastrálním území Tučapy

Goal of this bachelor work is creating digital cadastral map by method of reprocessing. Reprocessing is scanning analog maps in scale 1 : 2 880 and subsequent transformation with Jung's post transformation the coordinate system S-JTSK. To create a vector graphics drawing was used by program environment of VKM and to transform the post transformation was used by the program Kokes. The result of this work is a cadastral map in electronic form allowing to make changes based on ZPMZ in any interaction program. The final output of the map is in accordance Law n.344/1992 Co. Cadastre of the Czech Republic (Cadastral Act), as amended.
Use and application of historical maps for land consolidation projekt.

This diploma thesis deals with usage and processing historical maps. The main attention was given to the maps of Stable Cadaster and Land Cadaster, which are mostly used for this purpose. The part of the cadastral unit Dříteň {--} Velice was chosen as given locality, where was realized the land adjustment.
Prepairing graphic data in IS applications - testing of transposition forms of bitmap and vector graphics

Abstract This work is focused mainly on testing software (further referred to as only SW) for transposition of bitmap and vector graphics. The work is split in two parts. Basic types of graphics, differences between them, usage, advantages and disadvantages are introduced in the theoretical part. The best known formats are described for each type of graphics. Also, fundamentals of transposition between the formats and the different types of graphics are introduced. Similarly, the principle of rasterization and vectorization is introduced. The practical part of the work mainly focuses on vectorization. In total, five programs for bitmap and vector graphics transposition are tested here. Four different types of graphics were defined and chosen for the testing. A way of multi-criteria evaluation was used to compare the SW. The SW is evaluated in two ways. The first one compares the functioning of the SW, the second one focuses on the results of the vectorization process. Used methodology and the choice of evaluation criteria result from a subjective point of view of given problematics. The resume of the work brings detailed results of research along with comments to every evaluated SW.
Testing of raster to vector graphics conversion software products

This work is mainly focused on testing of software for conversion between raster and vector graphics. It is divided into two parts. In methodological part there are stated the ways of storing image data in the computer. It explains the differences among basic types of computer graphics, raster and vector, and characterizes their well-known formats. Practical part deals with testing and comparing selected SW supporting the process of tracing. Based on the results, general conclusions about the possibilities, which offer this way of automatic vectorization, are determined. For evaluating and comparing the SW multi-criteria evaluation based on a five-point scale is chosen. The parameters of the evaluation are then divided into two categories: the evaluation of the SW and the outputs from the tracing process. Four types of graphics are chosen for the tracing: a simple black-and-white logo, a full-color logo, a line drawing, and a photograph with a simple motif. The conclusion of the thesis summarizes and evaluates all the results.
Testování vybraných grafických aplikací podporujících trasování

Cílem práce je porovnat vybraný grafický software vhodný pro trasování bitmapových předloh. K porovnání vybraného softwaru je použito vícekriteriální rozhodování na základě vícestupňového hodnocení vlastností programů umožňujícího dodatečně měnit důležitost jednotlivých kategorií vlastností dle preferencí konkrétního uživatele. Za účelem porovnání trasovacích schopností programů je dále nadefinována zkušební grafika skládající se z deseti vzorových předloh určených k trasování.
