Wireless sound transfer
Jeřábek, Vojtěch ; Bohrn, Marek (referee) ; Pavlík, Michal (advisor)
The thesis deals mainly with the possibilities of using the module nRF24L01+ for the wireless sound transfer, with as low latency, good reliability and sound quality as possible. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the description of the device and its internal structure for wireless sound transfer, even in the case of transferring multichannel sound. The thesis also describes the sound digitalization process and its requirements for the final quality. The second part of this thesis is focused on the description of the wireless module nRF24L01+, including analyzing its internal structure and the way it works. A comparison to other wireless modules that are available on the market, including its advantages and disadvantages, is also provided. The third part of the thesis is devoted to the design of the described system for an electric guitar.
Optimization of production steering shaft
Hlavinka, Martin ; Kalivoda, Milan (referee) ; Jaroš, Aleš (advisor)
Bachelor thesis deals with the creation of the optimal divided chip in the turning technology. The material for production of the steering shaft is steel C35RC suitable for forming and turning from which semi-finished products are produced at horizontally forming presses. They are machined at the production robotized line where the problem with the undivided chip arises. For the specified set of cutting conditions the uses the cutting tools which aren’t very suitable for the given types of technological operations. The recommended values of cutting conditions are different from the specified set of cutting conditions. The result will be choice of new-cutting tools for turning technological operations to shape short divided chip.
Microscopic Analysis of Chips Security
Malčík, Dominik ; Hanáček, Petr (referee) ; Drahanský, Martin (advisor)
The goal of this thesis is to work out an introduction to the chip packaging and decapsulation. Further can be found a description of a method leading to dacapsulate concrete chips. Final part is devoted to getting chip pictures using microscope and analysis of the pictures afterwards.
Metal chip management of production machine
Bílek, Vít ; Zbožínek, Adam (referee) ; Holub, Michal (advisor)
This thesis is concerned with cutting farm machine and it consists of three parts. Theoretical part describes mechanism of chip formation, shape of the chips, temperature of the chips, technological variables describing chips, chip conveyor, chip crusher, briquetting press and coolant filter. In the next part there is proposal of design of cutting farm machine for production cell consists of six machining center. At last part there is design proposal and calculation of chip conveyor.
Analysis of machining processes of metallic materials with a focus on energy issues
Szlaur, Vít ; Sedlák, Josef (referee) ; Chladil, Josef (advisor)
A general analysis of machining problems, analysis of cutting forces for turning, milling, drilling. Evaluation of experimentally measured values of surface structure and theoretical values of cutting forces in turning cylindrical parts. Economical processes for the comparable results of the final state of the surface.
Simulation of cutting force during milling process with straight tooth plain milling cutter.
Zemčík, Tomáš ; Sedlák, Josef (referee) ; Zemčík, Oskar (advisor)
To make a simulation of cutting force during milling process with cilindrical cutter is the aim of this diploma thesis. Preliminary part is devoted to technology of milling, milling cutters and cutting materials. The next section is aimed at kinematics of the cutting process, a theoretical analysis of power proportion, the possibility of measurement of force actions. General information about the programming software, a theoretical simulation model, graphical environment of created application, are the other points of this diploma thesis. The work also includes evaluation of the experimentally measured values and compared with values obtained from the created application.
Universal control unit of technological processes
Gogola, Marek ; Vlach, Radek (referee) ; Krejčí, Petr (advisor)
This diploma thesis is about design and realization of universal control unit of technologic processes in food-processing industry. The main goal of this work is to create a device, which will be able with respect to desired values and using measured data autunomusly regulate output. In this work was done the realization of the control unit both from hardware and software aspect. Designed control unit is able to change the output power according to measured temperature. Furthermore is able to control of 2 relays. To set up the desired values and control of relays is used PC software.
Utilization of biomass for small business or houses
Láník, Lukáš ; Šlezingr, Jan (referee) ; Macháček, Jan (advisor)
Thesis deals with usage of biomass as an energy source for smaller plants and houses. Thesis showes us how to use different types of biomass. In the next part of thesis is mentioned the help from the state in case your are using this kind of energy, different types of dotations ane advantages. In the thesis is described the procedure of designing nex heat source and making decision about it. The last part of thesis compares the economic running boiler on land gas to boiler of different kinds of biomass.
Contactless Payments – Future of Payments Cards
Chludilová, Eliška ; Kozler, Miloslav (referee) ; Zeman, Václav (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the development of payments instruments, contactless technologies and instruments of contactless payments. This thesis describes intentions of card associations VISA and MasterCard in area contactless payments. It also contains a questionnaire survey, on the basis of which was carried out an evaluation and comparison with intentions associations. At the same was recommend of development for a provider of services in the area.
