The theses analyses the expansion of the german company meridian Neue Energien GmbH to the Czech market. The goal of this theses is to analyse the possibility of the company to suceed on the Czech market. This theses consists of five chapters, where the first, theoretical, explains the basic terms and the legislation. The second chapter is focused on the company, mainly on the entrance of the company on the czech market. The third chapter analyses the market, especially its strengths, weaknesses and opportunities and threats of the czech market. The fourth chapter analyses the competition on the market and company's marketing mix. The last, fifth, chapter is focused on the concrete future of the company on the Czech market. In the conclusion are summarized the outcomes of the analyses and assessed the chances of the company.

The submitted diploma thesis deals with the courier, express and parcel market and the product DPD Intercontinental. The courier, express and parcel market is analyzed in terms of today's state of the market as well as trends of the market changes. Product DPD Intercontinental is examined from many points of views, particularly related to competitive situation on the market. As a result is presented SWOT analysis and on its basis is determined goal for the product in question. The goal should be fulfilled by realization of suggested measures.

It is focused on functioning of customer service as a part of the concept of Customer Relationship Management (CRM). The analysis is based on theoretical knowledge of marketing of services and CRM and on the importance of customer service in rendition of services, particularly in tourism and hotel industry. I chose socioeconomic analysis of Prague's district Vinor for elaboration of my work. In the opening I want to introduce the district itself including its surroundings. In the individual chapters of the bachelor work I am going to discuss the history, transportation, culture, living, and education. I would like to concentrate on the structure and development of the population later. As part of my bachelor work I am going to perform questionnaire research, where I am going to examine the indicators of the population from different points of view. In following parts of the work I will elaborate SWOT analysis, which defines strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the district. Based on gained information I am going to elaborate suggestion, which would direct development of the town district in medium and long-term perspective. This analysis will mainly be a result of previously gained information from the questionnaire research. The goal of this work is to provide complex view of the town district and suggest opportunities of its future development including utilization of the financial grants from public sources or European funds. Another goal of this work is to provide comparison of the town district and Prague as a whole from many different points of view. Discussing especially population indicators, natural resources and individual types of economic activities.
