The mail goal of this diploma paper is to make analysis focused on the products directed to the United States of America offered by travel agencies on the local market.Author aims to realize the current development of demand of Czech travellers for trips and tours organized to the United States of America, especially in reference to recent legislative changes made by the government of the United States of America.The analysis results from detailed characteristics of the destination and trends of Czechs outgoing tourism to the US. There is a confrontantion based on the present findings, offer of the travel agencies is compared to the potentials of the market.
Practical application of marketing by regional non-profit organization –Chamber of Commerce

The major objective is to sum up contemporary situation and suggest a balanced marketing mix, considering all current specificity and offer new solution for further development of product and services. There is described in theoretical part the specificity of non-profit organizations, methodology of marketing creation and analysis of target group, competition, SWOT and marketing mix. In practical part there is description of atypical non-profit Chamber of Commerce, marketing analysis used by marketing application and recommendation for improvement.
The analysis of factors affecting the crisis immunity and preparedness of company in tourist trade sector

The main aim of this thesis is to analyse actual development of company in tourist trade sector and focus on threats and risks of business in this field. The theoretical part is focused on the tourist trade area and at the same time it reports common information about crisis management. It also defines methods of analysis, which can be used in order to achieve better immunity and preparedness of company against any criris. Afterwards in practical part the thesis describes surveyed hotel Krystal and with the help of SWOT analysis and another three methods discloses threats, which are actual for the hotel. From results of all analysis follows that the hotel is going strong in crisis management field. Despite it I tried to draw up some proposals and recommendations, which can level the current crisis immunity and preparedness of the hotel up.

This dissertation is focused on process of a strategic analysis of a company, including analysis of an internal and an external environment. Its aim is to work out the strategic analysis of Secar Bohemia, a.s., to evaluate company's current situation of its market and to indentify all factors which could affect its development in future. It is divided into two parts: a theoretical part which contains theoretical basis (PEST analysis, 4C analysis, Porter's model, Checkup of the internal resources) and a practical part which apply that theoretical knowledge in Secar Bohemia,a.s. The output of the dissertation is to suggest the strategy and recommendations for futher development of that company.

For this work I chose the theme of Socio-economic analysis and development potential of city Týnec nad Sázavou. This thesis aims to develop in-depth analysis of the city Týnec nad Sázavou which use of questionnaire and the method of SWOT analysis. These results are summarize to own recommendations and outline a possible future city development. Socio-economic analysis of city Týnec nad Sázavou deals with the history, population, transport and technical infrastructure of the city. Evaluates the status of quality of life in the city and tourism, which is an indispensable part of the city. Questionnaire survey provides an assessment of quality of life in the city by local citizens, who have their opinions and needs.SWOT analysis summarizes the socio-economic analysis and questionnaire to survey the strengths and weaknesses and possible opportunities and threats for the development of the city. Own recommendation is the subjective opinion, which outlines the direction of city development and points to the limits and barriers to this development.
Conditions for tourism development in Malta

The aim of this paper is to provide a comprehensive overview of information about the destination of Malta in terms of tourism. The first part deals with a general description of the country: geography, population structure, political structure, etc. Subsequently, it focuses on tourism: the conditions for its development in the breakdown of stimulation, positioning and implementation, current status and performance of tourism in Malta, governance and funding from state funds and also from funds of the European Union. I examine mutual relations in the field of tourism between Malta and the Czech Republic: Czech travel agencies organizing tours to Malta and vice versa Maltese tour operators who have in their offer tours to the Czech Republic. All obtained information is finally used within the compilation of the SWOT analysis and assessment of assumptions and challenges for further tourism development in Malta.
