Teachers as actors of education policy: A conceptualization of actors in public policy and an application of selected approaches on the example of teachers
Mouralová, Magdalena ; Veselý, Arnošt (advisor) ; Malíková, Ludmila (referee) ; Winkler, Jiří (referee)
The doctoral thesis has primarily a theoretical character and outcomes. The focus of interest is formed by a detailed investigation of the actor concept in key theoretical approaches to contemporary public policy; the results are subsequently applied on the example of education policy, particularly on teachers as a specific actor category. The goals of this thesis are: 1) to describe how the words "actor", "agent" and "stakeholder" (which all translate as "aktér" in the Czech language) are used in public policy articles; 2) to introduce and compare selected public policy approaches working with actors; 3) to model how these approaches are used in the case of teachers (as actors) and the policy of tracking; 4) to create a comprehensive conceptual framework for the public policy research on actors. The analytical part of the doctoral thesis is based on a summative content analysis of public policy texts published in four extensive handbooks of public policy.
Validation of silicon detector simulations for the Belle II experiment
Fajt, Lukáš ; Kvasnička, Peter (advisor) ; Drásal, Zbyněk (referee)
Title: Validation of silicon detector simulations in the Belle II experiment Author: Lukáš Fajt Department: Institute of Particle and Nuclear Physics Supervisor: RNDr. Peter Kvasnička, Institute of Particle and Nuclear Physics Abstract: This bachelor thesis deals with testing of simulations for planned combined Belle II PXD and SVD testbeam at DESY, Germany. This testbeam is going to study the function of a setup of six detectors, two DEPFET pixel detectors and four strip detectors, which corresponds to the actual arrangement of the internal detector of the newly built experiment Belle II in KEK, Japan. For the purpose of testing a new module in the basf2 Belle II software framework was developed. This module should also be used in the future for analysis of experimental data from the testbeam and to compare the results with simulations. In addition to the theoretical knowledge about the Belle II experiment, silicon detectors and basf2, experience with experi- mental work in the clean room at IPNP was obtained. The theoretical part of this work reviews the physical motivation of the experiment as well as the arrangement and operation of the Belle II detector. In the second part we discuss silli- con detectors with an emphasis on DEPFET detectors. We then describe the Belle II software framework, basf2,...
The System For Laser Beam Tracking And Communication
Skryja, Petr
The paper describes a system for laser beam tracking and communication with using one optical laser beam. As an active receiver element, improved tetra-lateral two-dimensional position sensitive detector S5991-01 is used, which is used both to obtain beam position and to receive transmitted data. A laser with a wavelength of 650 nm is used for data transmission. The transmitted data are coded with Manchester code. Position calculation, data receiving and transmitting is carried out by development board STM Nucleo H743ZI.
Tracking People in Video Captured from a Drone
Lukáč, Jakub ; Orság, Filip (referee) ; Goldmann, Tomáš (advisor)
Práca rieši možnosť zaznamenávať pozíciu osôb v zázname z kamery drona a určovať ich polohu.
Laser cutter interface with augmented reality elements
Kajan, Matej ; Richter, Miloslav (referee) ; Zemčík, Tomáš (advisor)
User interface of a laser cutter with elements of augmented reality, allows for a faster and safer execution of the process of cutting. This proposal is accomplished by using methods of computer vision together with the design of a graphical user interface
Detection and classification of flying objects
Jurečka, Tomáš ; Richter, Miloslav (referee) ; Janáková, Ilona (advisor)
The thesis deals with the detection and classification of flying objects. The work can be divided into three parts. The first part describes the creation of dataset of flying objects. The reverse image search is used to create the dataset. The next part is a research of algorithms for detection, tracking and classification. Subsequently, the individual algorithms are applied and evaluated. In the last part, the design of hardware components is performed.

Detection, Tracking and Classification of Vehicles
Vopálenský, Radek ; Herout, Adam (referee) ; Juránek, Roman (advisor)
The aim of this master thesis is to design and implementation in language C++ a system for the detection, tracking and classification of vehicles from streams or records from traffic cameras. The system runs on the platform Robot Operating System and uses the OpenCV, FFmpeg, TensorFlow and Keras libraries. For detection is used cascade classifier, for tracking Kalman filter and for classification of the convolutional neural network. Success rate for detection is 91.93 %, tracking 81.94 % and classification 63.72 %. This system is part of a comprehensive system, that can moreover calibrate video and measure of vehicles speed. The resulting system can be used for traffic analysis.

Visual tracking of multiple robots
Lechovský, Adam ; Barták, Roman (advisor) ; Obdržálek, David (referee)
The aim of this thesis is to create a program which detects a grid on a paper in a fixed webcam image, converts the grid into a graph and then tracks a group of Ozobots as they traverse the grid. Earlier works with Ozobots used them to investigate Multi-Agent Pathfinding. This work is the first in exploring their detection in image data. To achieve that, I am using the OpenCV library and the Java programming language. By training my own cascade for use in a Cascade Classifier from the objdetect OpenCV module, I was able to achieve a good rate of Ozobot detection in real time. The grid detection works by detecting lines on the color transitions in the image and their subsequent grouping into lines in the grid.
