Schooling for Pupils with Mental Disabilities in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany

Diplomová práce je rozčleněna do šesti kapitol. V prvních čtyřech kapitolách jsem se pokusila o teoretický vhled do problematiky školství pro mentálně postižené v Severním Porýní-Vestfálsku. V páté kapitole jsem popsala konkrétní příklad fungování školství pro mentálně postižené v Severním Porýní-Vestfálsku, konkrétně v Dortmundu ve výše zmíněné škole. Šestou poslední kapitolu doplňuje závěr, ve kterém jsem zmínila nejdůležitější poznatky, které jsem díky této práci získala a které by mohly být zamyšlením pro naši speciální pedagogiku. První kapitola vytváří přehled základních pojmů, týkajících se školství v Německu a pojmosloví ze speciální pedagogiky. Pomáhá tak v lepší orientaci v dalším textu. Druhá kapitola přináší krátkou informaci o spolkové zemi Severní Porýní- Vestfálsko a stejně i o jejím systému školství. Nechybí pohled na možnosti vzdělávání pro žáky s postižením. Poslední její část se pak zabývá pohledem na definici a klasifikaci mentální retardace z německého pohledu. Třetí poněkud obsáhlejší kapitola pak seznamuje s legislativním rámcem školství pro žáky s mentálním postižením. Podává pohled na doporučení konference ministerstev školství, ze kterých se vychází při vytváření rámcových směrových linií pro těžiště podpory - mentální postižení. International marketing application Haubi's Ges.m.b.H in multicultural surrounding

This thesis presents the issue of the entering of a business to business company on the Unated Arab Emirates market. Its objective is to develop an appropriate marketing strategy and apply it to Haubi's Ges. M.b.H, a leading Austrian bakery. The strategy was elaborated from the analysis of the food market both at the global and national level in the UAE. Assumptions underlying the success of a company in this market are included in the SWOT analysis. The principles derivated from this analysis are then applied to market segmenting and concurrence monitoring. The final strategy consists of a specific marketing mix, which was determined by the analysis of the obtained results and fully respects the particular cultural environment of the UAE.

The topic of this diploma thesis is based on European study: Childhood Obesity Surveillance Initiative (COSI). It is WHO Europe project. In the Czech Republic is this project lead by Institute of Endocrinology. The goal of this work is to determine childhood obesity prevalence and to monitor prevalence in relation to family and school environment. Obesity in children is an important health problem, accelerating throughout the world with particularly alarming trends in Europe. It causes a wide range of serious health and social consequences and increases the likelihood of morbidity in children and adults such as dyslipidaemia, hyperinsulimia, hypertension, type 2 diabetes, early atherosclerosis etc. Obesity is also strongly associated with orthopaedic problems and mental disorders, therefore, it is very important to monitor obesity prevalence in childhood. The goal of the work is to determine the prevalence of overweight and obesity in 7-year children in the year 2010 (WHO classification and classification method of Czech republic). The thesis deals with the polarization of Czech media landscape after 2013 as a discursive construct. Our topic is the emergence of new media projects, responding to the takeover of MAFRA by Andrej Babis. Three of these are being discussed: Echo24.cz, Reportér and Neovlivní.cz. The thesis aims to describe the discourse of the alternative media, its own representation in current situation. The subject is based on several concepts. First of them is the theory of social responsibility, which is a strong social value despite being quite questionable. Then, we discuss the trend of media ownership concentration and the development of Czech media after 1989, which has come to important changes, such as the change of the overall model of media ownership and the polarization of the media landscape itself. The first part of the thesis serves as a contextual background for the critical discourse analysis. The analysis verifies the hypothesis as follows: Alternative media is defined in opposition to the mainstream and uses the arguments based on the principles of the social responsibility theory to represent its own position, goals and interests. Project Reconstruction of the State - A Case Study of Cooperation Between Anti-corruption Nonprofit Organisations in the Czech Republic

This diploma thesis aims to identify collaboration factors within a joint NGO project called Reconstruction of the State. The goal is to find out the factors that led to the establishment of this joint project as perceived by representatives of the cooperating organizations. Another objective is to discover a possible pattern of collaboration factors within this project. The theoretical part introduces the main theories of interorganizational cooperation and the conceptualization of collaboration factors that have been described in these theories. The conceptualization of the collaboration factors forms the basis of a questionnaire issued to the NGOs' representatives. The results of the survey are used as input in a hierarchical cluster analysis that represents the key part of the empirical part of this thesis. The results of the cluster analysis are thus derived from the responses given by representatives of the 13 NGOs involved in the Reconstruction of the State project and they identify the key collaboration factors as well as their configuration. The final section presents and further interprets the findings resulting from the cluster analysis within the chosen theoretical framework. Diplomová práce pojednává o souhrnné strategii střední české firmy, RÜCKL CRYSTAL, a.s., při vstupu na zahraniční trhy. Práce analyzuje postavení společnosti na českém trhu užitkového skla, její konkurenci na českém i světovém trhu, zahrnuje SWOT analýzu firmy. Součástí práce je návrh strategie vstupu firmy na floridský trh, včetně definovaného marketingové mixu, který vychází z PEST analýzy trhu, vývoje na americkém trhu skla a analýzy konkurence.

In my diploma with the titte "Evaluation of the enterprise Pivovar Nymburk spol. s r.o." I first described the methods and theoretic conception of profession evaluation. Next in the second part I used one method to evaluation of my enterprise. I evaluated the enterprise by method free cash flow to the firm based on the plan, which I compiled after the financial and strategy analysis.

The Game NIM - a Non-Traditional Environment for the Teaching of Mathematics

In the main part of my thesis I looked for winning strategy of different types of the game NIM. I focused on my own process which led to discovery of a general formula of concrete type of NIM. After that its validity was proved. The whole process was accompanied by self-reflection. The following aim of thesis was to find out if NIM is an appropriate game for pupils of primary schools. Therefore on the basis of my own experiences I chose one type of NIM and I used it for experiments with pupils (aged 10-11). I observed pairs of pupils looking for winning strategy and I made notes of their reactions. Then deep analysis of one pre-experiment and one experiment followed. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)
