Employee Motivation in a Selected Business Company and Changes Related with its Concept.

The main aim of this thesis is to propose changes to the current motivational program in a selected business corporation and other areas closely related to employee motivation. To achieve this goal, the relevant theoretical background has been studied. Subsequently, key terms such as motivation, stimulation and others were defined. Furthermore, an analysis of the current situation in the company was made. The research consists of a statistical test that examines the relationship of pre-specified qualitative factors. The calculations are based on data from the questionnaire survey. The results can, for example, indicate whether factors in the form of work environment, age or level of education affect employee preferences in motivation. Based on the acquired knowledge and data, specific changes in relation to employee motivation were proposed. For example, a proposal in the area of financial or non-financial bonuses, a program for young people, leisure activities, competition employee of the month and others.

This thesis deals with the current incentive system in society and the subsequent proposal for its improvement. In the theoretical part, I will explain the basic concepts of employee motivation and will focus on the characteristics of different types of motivational means. In the practical part I will introduce T Machinery a. S and I will also deal with the analysis of the motivation system. To get information from employees, I used a questionnaire survey. On the basis of the analysis I will develop proposals that will increase the satisfaction of the employees.

The purpouse of this Master's thesis is to be concerned about the issue of employee satisfaction and fluctuation in manufacturing industry. Theoretical part sumarizes a literature review which is neccesary for implying the conclusions from practical part of this thesis. This particular part deals with employee satisfaction connected with benefits and wages. The research itself includes an own questionnaire survey wchich leads to analysis of current situation and it subsequentely suggests possible measures and solutions for increasing the employee satisfaction and decreasing the fluctuation in XYZ company.
Motivation and Remuneration of the Employees in the Selected Company

My thesis deals with a system of remuneration and motivation of employees in a selected company. The company wanted to remain anonymous. The theoretical part defines basic concepts from the personnel work and employees motivation. In the practical part, I introduce the company and analyse the system of remuneration and motivation of employees. Subsequently, a survey in the form of a questionnaire will be conducted among employees, focusing on their satisfaction with the system of remuneration. Based on the findings, I will propose measures that would improve the current situation and may contribute to a higher motivation of the employees in the future as well as to the improvement of their performance.

In the analytical part of the thesis, an analysis of the current state of the problem and an evaluation of internal and external factors influencing the remuneration system in the selected company were made. Based on the results of the analysis, the company has received suggestions to enhance the remuneration system that should improve the current situation.

Thesis title: The responsibility of an employee for damage The subject of the thesis is the responsibility of an employee for damage. The thesis offers in the first place a comprehensive summary of the current legislation of the topic. The main purpose of the thesis is to summarize the legislation of the labor- law and of the employee`s responsibility for any damage done to the employer where for this purpose there are analyzed particular sorts of the responsibility distinguished by the Labor Code. In details there are described first of all specific conditions that must be fulfilled to claim the responsibility on the employee for the damage, the possibility of the employee to disclaim it is not neglected either. The thesis focuses on the main differences that distinguish the particular sorts of the responsibility from each other. An attention is given to the links between labor law and other legal codes, especially the civil one where the connection is the closest whereas the understanding of this mutual relation is very essential to understand the stated topic. The thesis is not formulated as only theoretical however there is a practical view of the topic included which is mingled mostly by decision-making practice of courts which generates some answers to unclear explanation of the legislations,...
