Frame of stationary hydraulic device
Klezla, Vojtěch ; Pokorný, Jan (referee) ; Pokorný, Přemysl (advisor)
The subject of this thesis is design and strength analysis of stationary hydraulic device. Strength analysis is made by the finite element method. The thesis describes design of used frames, profiles and other components, which are parts of the frame. Frame modification is proposed, based on the results of the strength analysis. These modifications are checked with strength analysis. The thesis includes drawing of weldment. The project has been carried out in cooperation with Bosch Rexroth, spol. s. r. o.
Interactive Instructional Models of Water Management Structures for Hydro-technical Laboratory of the High School of Civil Engineering in Vysoké Mýto
Požárová, Miroslava ; Kříž,, Lubomír (referee) ; Žoužela, Michal (advisor)
In 2014 a new Hydro-technical laboratory was built at the High School of Civil Engineering in Vysoké Mýto. The laboratory’s hydraulic circuit is equipped with a reserve line enabling independent standing models of hydro-technical structures to be connected. Two interactive instructional models are designed for this laboratory. The first is a model of a concrete dam. The dam is equipped with one bottom outlet, a hydraulic power plant and an emergency spillway crest gate. The discharge part of the model is equipped with a downflow baffle for regulating the tailwater level and a measuring weir enabling the flow rate to be measured at the discharge point from the model. The total capacity of the model is 10 l/s. The second model is a model of a weir structure. The weir structure consists of a controlled segment sluice gate weir composed of three sections. The model includes a one-nave lock chamber and hydraulic power plant. The tailwater level can also be regulated using a downflow baffle. The total capacity of this model is 20 l/s. The models can be used for teaching the subjects of hydraulics, hydrology and hydro-technical structures. They can be used to demonstrate various hydraulic phenomena and to describe individual functional objects using specialist terminology. This thesis contains the full project documentation for both proposed models, including hydro-technical calculations and text appendices.
Structure Optimization of Electro-Hydrostatic Actuator for General Aviation Aircraft
Kraus, Jan ; Němec, Zdeněk (referee) ; Rousek, Miroslav (referee) ; Třetina, Karel (advisor)
The use of only one primary sort of energy is the present trend of aircraft design and its force systens. There are designed electromagnetical force systems for control of ther moving parts of aircraft structure. Great demands are laid on energy and dynamic characteristics at some force systems, especially at aircraft control system, and therefore there are developed electro-hydrostatic actuators, suitable for aircraft for aircraft control system, which could graduallly replace commonly used hydraulic servo-controol system. Not only electric signals but also required electric outputs are led into these electro-hydraulic actuators. Using a hydrostatic converter it is changed into mechanical output controlling the aircraft control system. The goal of work is to set requirements for characteristic and conception of electro – hydrostatic actuators for aircraft control systems. Further, on the basis of theoretical analysis , computer modeling and experiment, the design optimisation of electro-ghydrostatic actuator should be done for small business aircraft from the point of view of dimmensions and dynamic characteristics.
Construction of hydraulic bending machine of steel sections
Kluka, Ladislav ; Pavlík, Jan (referee) ; Matějka, Petr (advisor)
This master’s thesis deals with design of a hydraulics bending machine. Bending machine will be used primarily for bending reinforcement bars in the shape of stapes. It consists of bending, sliding and chute system, which are located in the machine frame. Drive of each system is provided by a rotary and two linear hydraulic motors. Then there is described a hydraulic system and selection of its most important parts. Work is supplemented by visual documentation in the form of images of individual systems were processed in a CAD system Inventor 2010
Hydraulic of pipeline network in ventilation systems
Bernard, Jiří ; Počinková, Marcela (referee) ; Rubinová, Olga (advisor)
This diploma thesis describes hydraulic properties of specific types of fittings designed to HVAC systems with primary focus on pressure losses of these fittings. We are focusing on comparison of specific fittings with usual systems of spiro pipes in the project part of this thesis.
Hydraulics solar systems
Podjuklová, Lucie ; Topič, Jan (referee) ; Počinková, Marcela (advisor)
The project addresses in the theoretical part of the hydraulics of solar systems and her components, which are used to design a solar system on apartment house. Solar systém addresses praparation hot water in two variants of the solution. In the first alternative solution is used low flow and 15 l/hod.m2 support stratification. In the second variant is used higher flow 20 l/hod.m2 without support stratification. In the experimental part is solved by the data analysis of the same apartment building, where the solar system are already installed and operated. Some data from the measurement was taken into account and used in the design and calculation of both options.
Mobile Wood Splitter
Baroň, Lukáš ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor thesis is the design a few variants of wood splitter and substantiate for the selection of the most suitable design to the requirements. Further then suggestion the cutting edge drive to the splitter was able to draw the specified strenght. Functional and strenght calculations of the individual parts. And finally drawings of the proposed mobile wood splitter.
Simulation of the energy recovery circuit function
Kubíček, Ondřej ; Ficza, Ildikó (referee) ; Nevrlý, Josef (advisor)
This bachelor thesis describes the design and optimization of a mathematical model for simulating the hydrostatic energy recovery systems. The mathematical model together with the experimental stand should be used to simulate the operating conditions of vehicles using the hydrostatic energy transmission. These include vehicles for collection of municipal waste, public transport vehicles, or for heavy construction machinery. The paper summarizes the current efforts in the design of analytical models, describes the program developed in MATLAB, and is devoted to analyzing the influence of individual input parameters on the output calculation.
Mechanical-hydraulic model of vehical energy regeneration
Pisklák, Jan ; Vrbka, Martin (referee) ; Nevrlý, Josef (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is a research about mathematic-physical model of vehicle’s kinetic energy regeneration. Mr. Pourmovahed A. et al. were dealing with this problem. He used the method of the determinated thermal time constants. Pourmovahed continued in study reports written by Green W. L. and Otis D.. His scientific work covers the analytical treatment which is compared with an experimental tests.
