Analysis of the current situation in region, demographic trends and gross domestic product. Analysis of investment in the project and a breakdown in the implementation stage. Analysis of competition, SWOT analysis, marketing mix, risks on project and backgrounds for croquet playground sustainability.

Intention of the Bachelorś thesis is to contribute to understanding problems of preparing projects financed by Structural Funds of European Union. The main aim of this work is to create a project able to gain financial resources from European Union. Concretely it is the project of building-up of boarding house Pod zámkem Lednice. The theoretical part targets single aims and instruments of regional policy of European Union in 2007 - 2013 period and single basic activities definition which has to take place within project preparation and proceeding.

The bachelor thesis „Costs-benefits analysis of public construction project“ deals with determining the economic efficiency of public construction project using CBA. Thesis consists of three parts. In the first part describes how the CBA method, the second part describes the theoretical methods for determining the economic efficiency and financial feasibility. In the third part is the practical solution to economic efficiency of a particular construction project „Reduce energy consumption of public building“ which was co-financed from EU structural funds.

The aim of this bachelor´s thesis is the evaluation of economic efficiency of the public benefit of the investment project. The aim of the thesis is measurements of embedded costs to final outputs of the project for qualified investment decisions. The theoretical part describes the topic of public sector, cost-output methods and discusses in more detail the procedure for processing and purpose and structure of the cost benefit analysis. Practical part looks on the feasibility study including analysis of costs and benefits of public sector and its alternative financing opinion by the grant program of the European union

A Development Project for the Construction of a Block of Flats in Hodonín

The diploma thesis deals with the construction of Housing Houses in Hodonín. The diploma thesis describes development of Czech development, development phase, feasibility study, construction of the project and appraisal of apartments for sale and commercial premises for rent. In addition a database for market segmentation in Hodonín was created and for subsequent evaluation and evaluation of the effectiveness of the whole development project. Here are some parts of the feasibility study.

This thesis aims to map out specifically and detailed the process of planning and implementation of a development project. Introduction to the problem and definitions of basic concepts is located in the theoretical part. One of the main topics is the real estate market and its development in Slovak Republic. In the practical part is introduced the development project of residential-recreational area Lodenice, its stage, the method of financing and determine the price of residential and commercial units including documentation of preparation for contract management.
