Teng, Sin Yong ; Professor, Ponnambalam Sivalinga Govindarajan, (referee) ; Pavlas, Martin (referee) ; Máša, Vítězslav (advisor)
(v) Porovnání techniky HTM (Hierarchical Temporal Memory) a duální optimalizace s několika prediktivními nástroji pro podporu managementu provozu v reálném čase. (vi) Implementace umělé neuronové sítě v rámci rozhraní pro konvenční procesní graf (P-graf). (vii) Zdůraznění budoucnosti umělé inteligence a procesního inženýrství v biosystémech prostřednictvím komerčně založeného paradigmatu multi-omics.
Optimization of the Production Process using Prediction Simulation
Pechánek, David ; Rompotl, Jaroslav (referee) ; Videcká, Zdeňka (advisor)
This bachelor's work looks at analysing the current form of the manufacturing process and proposing to improve it using predictive simulation. The theoretical part of the work describes the basic concepts associated with the organisation's procedural management. Furthermore, the theoretical part focuses on the production processes and methodology of simulation projects associated with the creation of the process's digital twin. In the analysis section, the production business is first presented and a global process analysis is carried out. A specific production process, which will be optimised is then analysed here. The design section describes simulation models of the current and proposed form of the process and evaluates the benefits of the proposed solution.
Creation of Process Order Management in Selected Construction Professions
Kutílek, Vladislav ; Poledník, Jan (referee) ; Jurová, Marie (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the ordering process of a selected manufacturing company. The thesis is divided into several sections. In the first part is described theoretical knowledge in the field of process management. In the following section is introduced a carpentry and roofing company where I worked for some time and gained required information for this thesis. In the analytical part is analysed the current state of the company in attitude to order management and revealed its lack. Based on this knowledge, I will optimize order management.
Wear of cutting tools at CNC production of the disc-shaped parts
Malý, Michal ; Polzer, Aleš (referee) ; Píška, Miroslav (advisor)
This diploma thesis evaluates two competitive cutting inserts for machining of disk-shaped blanks. The first part summarizes theoretical knowledge of turning, wear of cutting inserts and cost analysis of the cutting process. In the second part, the wear of two inserts from a different manufacturer is observed in two different cutting speeds. Wear is evaluated by electron microscope images. In the end, there is an economic evaluation of both VBD in different cutting speeds for serial production.
Software Support of the Order Management Process
Gorodilova, Ekaterina ; Olga, Astakhova (referee) ; Videcká, Zdeňka (advisor)
The bachelor’s thesis focuses on the Order Management Process in the selected business company by using software support. In the analytical part the goal is to describe the organizational structure of a company, to create a process map, to identify weaknesses of the order process and analyze the related activities. There result of the thesis is an implementation of an internet portal that will help to optimize the order process activity. The proposal part also includes its subsequent evaluation.
Creation of Process Automation Tool and Monitoring of Consequent Benefits
Nečas, Kamil ; Neuwirth, Bernard (referee) ; Dydowicz, Petr (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with a complete development of a process for automatic preparation of a text for its highlighting inside a DTP document in PDF format, from requirements analysis, through designing and implementation, to an identification of benefits within localization of real projects. The appropriate combination of several steps and effective use of suitable tools lead to a significant replacement of human work by an automated process.
Mapping of ICT processes towards global standards as a basis for process optimization
Nekula, Petr ; Chlapek, Dušan (advisor) ; Bruckner, Tomáš (referee)
This thesis deals with an interesting issue of mapping the ICT processes toward global standards in order to create a basis for process optimization. The author aims to research this subject in its complex range from both theoretical and practical points of view. Theoretical background of the final thesis initiates with a thorough research of all available resources on the topic of the process mapping and description of selected global standards for ICT process management together with their process models. Subsequently the most crucial supporting disciplines used for process mapping are also described. In the following section, the author provides a full description of process mapping proposal, the phases of which correspond with a PDCA lifecycle, all the above mentioned facilitating to enable a long-term continual process improvement. The whole process is being described in details, taking a closer look at each individual activity. Special consideration is taken to the procedure of selection of standards and goals for mapping and reflecting business environment. Practical part of author's thesis covers actual mapping in a selected company as to provide confirmation and verification of the proposed procedure. The field mapping in the company is performed using COBIT 5 and ISO/IEC 20000 standards. The mapping results are then evaluated and reached outcomes are displayed by using the prepared templates. Author's conclusion covers a range of gained knowledge from the implementation of mapping. Finally a set of proposals for using the mapping results in practice is provided. The thesis provides a comprehensive guide to the implementation of mapping of ICT processes towards global standards as a basis for process optimization. A significant benefit is the verification of theoretical procedure in a real business environment and its overall focus on practical applicability. The document may be used by both ICT professionals for their own mapping projects or by the members of academia for further research in the given field.
Process analysis of the selected bank process
Frolova, Anastasia ; Říhová, Zora (advisor) ; Malinová, Ludmila (referee)
The focal point of the thesis is the process analysis and the optimization of the supporting functions of information management in the bank. In the theoretical part, there is a description of the important terms and definition of the concepts as well as the tools which have been used in the practical part of the thesis. The practical part deals with the process analysis and the optimization of the selected bank process. This also includes a general description of the company and the Information Management department in which the analyzed process works. The study then focuses on the analysis of the current status of the selected information management process and its mapping with the BPMN modeling methodology. The subsequent evaluation uses SWOT analysis to identify the problem areas of this process and offers recommendations for possible improvements to solve these problems.
