Issue of rating headmasters

Final thesis deals with the evaluation of headmasters established by municipalities in the Ústí nad Labem region and Zlín region. The aim of this work is to determine whether school authorities use their legal possibility to carry out regular reviews of headmasters based on existing criteria, and if the ratings do not differ significantly. Selection criteria for the evaluation is subjective founders, but if an assessment is carried out for the benefit of both parties, founders should have the appropriate skills to monitor quality. Another objective of the final thesis is an analysis of education evaluators. The secondary objective is to verify the existence criteria, which the founders used in the bankruptcy proceedings to select a suitable candidate for a senior executive in education. These are the criteria beyond the legal requirements. Introductory chapters in the theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the general rules that apply to the appointment and evaluation of headmasters. The work also defines two types of evaluation in education, stating who the evaluator or evaluation authority. The diploma thesis follows the project of the pre-diploma, in which detailed analyzes of the potential of the village were made, from which it follows that the most important place that the village needs to revive for further development is the village square itself. In the current state, a cluster of buildings is built on a clearly defined area of the village, which brings chaos and confusion to the urban structure. The building of the municipal office stopped communicating through the building of the former elementary school. The area between buildings, formerly designed for local residents to hold festivals, now serves as a handling yard. The aim of the work is to clean the area of the village, to restore its original lost character and to add the urban structure to a building that will serve both local inhabitants and tourist visitors.

The Town book of Pacov from the 1475-1683

6 Annotation The aim of the thesis is to introduce an urban book of Pacov in term of a diplomatic analysis. This urban book was established from the second half of 15 century to the second half of 17th century. The actual analysis of the registers is introduced by two sub-chapters. The first one is focused on the socio-politico-administrative development of the areas of Pelhřimov and Pacov during the late medieval and early modern period. The environment of Pacov is directly reflected in the section devoted to municipal laws, which aim is to put the content of privileges issued for Pacov to a broader social context. The sub-sections describing the outward signs of the urban book, an analysis of the registers from a diplomatic-content analysis point of view and the urban book in the context of the written production of the municipal office are the central part of the analysis of the urban book of Pacov. The groups sorting of different types of registers is based on the structure of municipal book as Ludmila Sulitková has applied to the urban environment of Brno books in the context of the urban book development in the Middle Ages. IN MY DIPLOMA THESIS I ADDRESS THE PROPOSAL TO MUNICIPAL OFFICE IN DUBICKO ON THE LEVEL OF DOCUMENTATION FOR CONSTRUCTION. THE SITE IS ON THE SLOPING LAND, IN THE MIDDLE OF VILLAGE DUBICKO. THE BUILDING IS A DOUBLE-STOREY BUILDING, AND IT IS A PARTLY BASEMENT. FOUNDATION ARE SOLVED BY BASIS STRIPS MADE OF PLAIN CONCRETE. VERTICAL CONSTRUCTIONS ARE MADE OF HOLLOW CLAY BLOCK HELUZ. THE FLOOR STRUCTURE ABOVE THE BASEMENT FLOOR IS MADE OF PRESTRESSED HOLLOW CORE SLAB SPIROLL. THE FLOOR STRUCTURE ABOVE THE 1ST FLOOR, THE ENTRANCE HALL AND CEREMONIAL HALL, IS MADE OF TIMBER GLUED LAMINATED BEAMS. THE FLOOR STRUCTURE ABOVE THE POST OFFICE IS MADE OF PRESTRESSED HOLLOW CORE SLAB SPIROLL. THE ROOF IS HIPPED ROOF. PROJECT DOCUMENTATION IS PROCESSED IN COMPUTER PROGRAM ARCHICAD.

This bachelor’s thesis deals with design of municipal office. It consists of two-storey building with semi-cellar. Object is designed as brick building. Roof of building is flat, double-cover with inclination 3°. An entrance is situated to south-east. In front of building is paved area with parking. Building is solved as without-barriers. Object is equipped with elevator. The work contains drawings and technical descriptions and it is composed as an implementing project.

Digital maps application in the State administration

Geography and spatial data are part of our everyday life. The purpose of this thesis is to create an effective digital map processing system for a Municipal office, a system that would combine traditional ways of using maps with modern means of representation of spatial data. The first part of this work is focused on theoretical fundamentals of digital cartography. The second part is practical and describes development of geographic information system, which uses PUKNi2 system for manipulation with the data of a real estate register. The results of deployment and operation of this system have proved eligibility of the implemented solution.

This project designs a new administrative building, which will serve as a municipal office in Postřelmov. The building structure is made as a masonry construction with ceiling construction of prestressed panels Spiroll. The building has two floors and partial basement coverage as well. The building is covered with a flat roof. The building is provided with two sheltered parking lots.

The object of the project is to design a new building of the municipal office, in which is a library with a cafe and a ceremonial hall. The house is brick, not with cellar, on two floors. Roofing is made up of a flat roof. The ground floor houses the library, in the 2nd floor spaces are administrative and ceremonial hall.
