Extension of a Tool Supporting Interactive Application Development
Rozsypálek, Michal ; Křivka, Zbyněk (referee) ; Zendulka, Jaroslav (advisor)
The aim of the project is development of the tool Process Inspector for business process modeling and collecting informations from stakeholders. For new solution was estimated supporting other technologies. Microsoft MsSQL database server and .Net Framework offer great oportunities to do that. On the other hand there are user graphic interface requirements. Develop tool with intuitive interface and friendly face. Communication with other tools is important feature, we will discuss Business Process Visual Architect communication.
ITIL in the Context of Agile Software Development Methodology Scrum
Kubalcová, Monika ; Kreslíková, Jitka (referee) ; Rychlý, Marek (advisor)
This thesis follows concept of integration ITIL library and agile methodology Scrum into the IT company developing IT services. After theoretical analysis of both concepts and analysis of chosen company, we will develope methodology, which will tie both process approaches and ensure their perfect synergy. As a methodology support, web application was developed. It evaluates effectivness of processes using key informations and their plot representation. Proposed methodology was presented in the AVG Technologies, which used described processes as template for its internal proceses. Main result of the thesis is set of templates describing processes, which could be specified and applied in companies using Scrum together with ITIL for their development.
INTEGRATED SOLUTION OF DIAGNOSTICS OF PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT IN THE CZECH ENERGY INDUSTRY
Cvešpr, Pavel ; Szabó,, Radek (referee) ; Kratochvíl, Petr (referee) ; Hammer, Miloš (advisor)
This dissertation thesis is concerned with the diagnostics of the main production facilities in Czech power engineering with a focus on its integrating role in the process of gaining, saving and processing information for the purpose of evaluating the technical state of the operated facilities and the plan to manage their lifetime. It is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part presents the conclusions of examination of the needs of involved workers in the areas of diagnostics, maintenance and expert assessment of technical state of equipment. These conclusions were formulated based on the completed analysis of the current status ("as - is" analysis) of performing diagnostics of systems operated in the technological units of both nuclear and classical power engineering. The monitored equipment involves electrical installations and machinery, steel and building constructions, measuring instruments and vibrodiagnostics. Based on the analysis results, process diagrams are created for the solution of partial tasks. The analysis of the proposed solution for problems in question ("should - be" analysis) includes a design of the fundamental scheme of the data model for a software solution and a design of data flows from the individual data sources. The following part presents an application layer which includes a detailed description of major functionalities. Further, important activities and procedures are described that are necessary to evaluate the technical state of equipment. The practical part deals with the implementation of the LTO suite software product in the environment of power engineering in Czech Republic, specifically within ČEZ, a.s.. The LTO suite functionality is demonstrated in this part of the thesis by screens recorded within the LTO suite individual modules, which work above the actual data. It starts with the initial screen for configuration of displayed data, continues to present examples of the equipment register, planning, processing and saving of information collected through the diagnostic activities over to the module of integration – analytical layer, which is designed for evaluation of the technical state of equipment at the entered date with a reporting output. The thesis also includes the chapters on "Aims of the Study" and "Conclusion". The key chapter presents the "Benefits of the Study", whose overview describes the original results of the research as well as those applicable also outside the power engineering area.
Proposal for Processes Improvement of the Shared Service Center
Krejčiříková, Zuzana ; Vlček, Jiří (referee) ; Videcká, Zdeňka (advisor)
This thesis deals with a proposal for processes improvement of the Shared Service Center. In the first part are described teoretical bases which are used for next analysis and proposal. In the analytical part, there is mapped the process in accounting department in account payable domain and identification of problematical parts of process. Based on analysis of outputs, there is proposed the project for implementation and its evaluation.
Information System Selection
Kornelly, Roman ; Minařík, Luděk (referee) ; Koch, Miloš (advisor)
The thesis aims to describe the selection of a new information system, which should lead to process streamlining and a boost in the number of customers at Rumburak s.r.o. The first chapter lays out the theoretical knowledge needed to tackle the task at hand. The following section analyzes the internal and external environment of the company and the implications thereof. The proposal portion contains a comparison of the available information systems and selects the best among them. It develops a schedule for the implementation of the new IS, along with identifying the benefits and economic evaluation of the entire proposal.
Information System Selection
Chvátil, Tomáš ; Klusák, Aleš (referee) ; Koch, Miloš (advisor)
This master's thesis concerns the problems of choosing the right information system, or more precisely the changeover of information system in a small company. It describes a possible solution on a concrete example of customer care support process by means of the tools of ICT. In the theoretical part it looks in more depth at the information system as a whole unit and also at the (often omitted) success factors of implementation of changes. The analytical part contains predominantly the preparation and analysis of information needed for the selection of suitable solution and the preparation of demand. The focal point of the practical part consists of the proposal of a possible solution, modelling of procedures, the preparation of the modification project and the economical evaluation of these proposals.

The design and implementation of the internal regulations system in relation to the process models
Kazheunikava, Valeryia ; Chlapek, Dušan (advisor) ; Bruckner, Tomáš (referee)
The primary objective of this bachelor thesis is the design and implementation of the internal regulations system in relation to process models. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the basic terms and principles of the process management are explained, including the description of tools that support the process management. The thesis also explains the issue of the system of internal regulations and the immediate relationship between a process model and internal regulations. The theoretical part is concluded by an international standards overview. The international standards overview defines the requirements of the system of internal regulations. The next chapter contains a description and comparison of the process management implementation in selected companies. These findings were gained based on conversations with representatives of companies that engaged in energy distribution and trading. The practical part is aimed at specific design and the method application for a process models creation and their connection with internal regulations in the environment of a logistic company. The last part of the bachelor thesis is focused on the results assessment of the proposed method and also includes a conclusion statement.
