This Bachelor's thesis focuses on the topic of measuring and evaluating the performance of a company during the years 2019-2022. The first part of the thesis is dedicated to the theoretical foundations of the work, which are subsequently applied in the analytical section. The second part of the thesis involves the analysis of a selected company using their financial statements and the interpretation of the analysis results. The final part of the thesis includes proposals for improving the company's performance based on the knowledge gained earlier.

This bachelor thesis is focused on the economic and financial impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the Laskala guesthouse operated by DHZ RAMPA, s.r.o. and subsequent proposals for improving the situation. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The first theoretical part of this thesis contains the literature research necessary for the second analytical part. In the analytical part, the financial statements of the company for the period 2018-2022 are analysed using financial analysis. The last propositional part is focused on the elaboration of proposals that will help DHZ RAMPA, s.r.o. to improve the financial situation of the Laskala guesthouse.

The first part of the thesis includes the definition of theoretical foundations, which serve as the basis for the development of the second, analytical part of the thesis. Based on the analysis of the company's current state, the third part of the thesis presents proposals for improving its financial situation.

The diploma thesis is focused on the valuation of the firm Kompan Czech Republic, s. r. o. by using income capitalization approach. Especially the method of discounted cash flow in variant entity and economic value added. For this purpose the thesis is divided into several parts. The first part is focused on the basic terms and definitions which are necessary to determine the value of the firm. The next parts include information about the company, strategic analysis, prognosis of value drivers, financial plan and the weighted cost of capital. In conclusion, the valuation of the company as of 1.1.2020 is performed.

In the first part, I focus on the theory where financial ratios and financial analysis methods are described and explained. The second part contains the analysis of the company and is finally evaluated and assessed in the context of the financial situation. The last part has suggestions for improvements and their improvements.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the evaluation of the financial situation of Truhlík s.r.o. in the years 2018 – 2022. The first part focuses on the theoretical starting points needed to process the analysis of the company, defines the selected methods and tools for a comprehensive evaluation of the company. The second part of the work then deals with the analysis of the company and the overall assessment of its financial health. Based on the results found, individual solutions leading to the improvement of the company's financial situation are proposed. These proposals are part of the third part of this work.

This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the economic data of a company and the subsequent evaluation of its financial situation. In doing so, it uses the tools of financial analysis and statistical methods, namely regression analysis and time series. The theoretical part presents the theory needed to perform the analysis and also explains different financial indicators, statistical methods and regression functions. In the analytical part, data from the company's financial statements are used for financial analysis and subsequent forecasting of their future progress. In the last parts of the thesis, a comprehensive assessment of the financial situation of the company and suggestions for solving the identified problems are presented.

This bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the performance of the company Choceňská mlékárna s.r.o. for the period 2018-2022 and subsequent proposals for improving its financial situation. The thesis is divided into four main parts. The first one is devoted to the objectives and methodology in its preparation. This is followed by the theoretical part, which is aimed at explaining the important tools, indicators and procedures of financial and strategic analysis. In the third part, the selected company is first introduced and then an analysis of its current state is carried out, which is the basis for the fourth and final part. The latter includes the actual proposals of measures and solutions that should improve the financial performance of the enterprise.

Finally, this plan is evaluated, and further actions are recommended for the company.
