Software piracy and the methodology of it's investigation

The main objective of this work is to critically evaluate a sufficient portion of the circuit problem of software piracy and to propose solutions of sub-problems, to use the interpretation of all relevant laws and all other available resources and create a comprehensive picture of the case. The practical part should be primarily a manual for ordinary computer users, which should help them. At the same time I present a preview of the methods of the executive law enforcement authority - Police of the Czech Republic, which deals with the investigation of software piracy. Range of the methods used in my work is not wide, which is partly due to reluctance of companies to cooperate because it is a relatively sensitive information, but it fully covers the needs of work and make it possible to have a final vision of the subject.

Golden Section in Mathematics, Art and Nature

This graduation thesis discusses the occurrence and development of the golden section in ancient texts on mathematics. It is an introduction into the field of the golden section and it describes in an historical context the origin of the phenomenon and the processes that helped discover and make full use of its properties. It summarizes the main findings of Euclid's Elements, including later Supplement. It also mentions the contribution into the field by Arabian mathematicians. The work may serve either as a resource for seminars on the history of mathematics, or as a supplementary source for maths and geometry teachers willing to deepen their knowledge of the field. Texts contain pen drawings that correspond to original records. A CD is attached that contains the electronic form of the work.

The financial analysis of Škoda Auto, a. s.

The main goal of this bachelor's work is to make the financial analysis of Škoda Auto company in years 2005 -- 2007 because of exploring its financial health. The paper is divided into two elementary parts: methodological and practical. The first part introduces to financial analysis problem, specifies subjects and goals, describes users and required data resources. In addition, there are explained fundamental terms and methods of a financial analysis. The practical part is based on the concrete calculations and answers. At first I introduce the company: its main activities, organization structure and its history as well. Then I apply the knowledge as explained at the first part to the company's data and interpret the calculations. In conclusion, I summarize important answers, evaluation of the financial situation and suggested recommendations for the company.

An Analysis of the Counselling-Therapeutic Process in the Substitute Programme Subutexem o.s. Prev-Centrum

This diploma paper focuses on the analysis counselling process in The Subutex® substitution programme Prev-Centrum, NGO, in Prague. On the strength of contemporary knowledge questions are asked about both this process and the whole programme. The theoretical part of this paper overviews contemporary knowledge on drug abusing; focussing on opiods, drug dependence and drug addiction and possibilities of drug users' treatment. It maps the situation in this field in the Czech Republic at the present time. This paper concentrates on both pharmaceutical and psychosocial stages of drug treatment, with special attention on the use of buprenorphine (Subutex®) as substitution. In the practical part of this paper the author analyzes her own factual examples of counselling praxis in The Subutex® substitution programme, with regard for previous theoretical basis. Pointing to key moments of this counselling process she is looking for their reasons and consequences, and considering the practical use of final statements in The Subutex® substitution programme Prev-Centrum, NGO. The Bohemian lattice in the renaissance and baroque periods

Po první, úvodní části, ve které jsou objasněny důvody, které vedly k výběru tématu a problémy během jeho zpracování, následuje sedm kapitol. Druhá kapitola, "Souhrn dosavadní literatury", poukazuje na úskalí, se kterými se setkáváme při studiu uměleckohistorické literatury, ale také na klady především odborné literatury, zabývající se obecnými kovy, která je nezbytná pro pochopení problematiky výroby mříží. Vývojem kovaných mříží v Evropě od nejstarších dob do období baroka se zabývá třetí kapitola, přičemž je kladen důraz na vývojové odlišnosti jednotlivých zemích a dále jsou zde uvedeny přI'klady významných dobových mříží a eventuelně jejich autorů, jsou-li známi. Vývoj v Čechách je zmíněn v souvislosti s vývojem v Evropě. Čtvrtá kapitola se věnuje materiálům sloužícím ke zhotovení mříží, technologii výroby mříží, užívaným výzdobným technikám a dále řemeslům zpracovávajícím kovy, skladbě mříže a ornamentu. Tyto informace jsou převzaty z literatury uměleckohistorické, ale také především z odborných příruček určených profesionálům zabývajícími se kovy. Důležitou částí je pátá kapitola, jejímž obsahem je vývoj kovaných mříží v Čechách do počátku novověku. Taktéž k tomuto tématu bylo čerpáno především z literatury. Content management system and its application

This diploma thesis is about content management systems, in particular the open source system Drupal, which is aimed at publishing on the internet. It offers a reader the insight into the area of the content management systems, it explains the criteria of sorting them into groups, it provides a guide to selection the proper content management system. To a reader, the latest version (6) of the Drupal system is introduced. The system is critically evaluated. For the purpose of this paper a web site was created together with the description of its creation. Thanks to this, the reader can learn, how to work with the system. It can be beneficial, because there is not enough literature for Drupal. At the end a new module is made, together with the explanation of its creation.

Finantial Stability of the Non-governmental Organizations in the Czech Republic Focusing on Safety Line Association.

This master's thesis is concerned with the financing of NGOs in the Czech Republic particularly in terms of ensuring their finantial stability. Divided into theoretical and practical part, it focuses on studying the present situation in NGOs financing in a broader context, describing the relevant economic aspects and fundraising resources. The practical part is designed as the case study of the Safe Line Association, analysing the utilization of fundraisign resources and the way of ensuring the financial stability of the organization. It presents the results of the fundraising audit, carried out in the organization by the author of this thesis, and its evaluation.

The Main Dramatic Conflict In the Contemporary Czech Film

Thesis named The Main Dramatic Conflict In the Contemporary Czech Film analyzes what is the impact of the position of the main dramatic conflict in the structure of the five full lenght czech films made in 2014. The films are The Way Out, Fair play, Nowhere in Moravia, Three Brothers and the documentary film Into the Clouds We Gaze. The work is divided into two main parts. The firs part summarizes theoretical resources relating to the problematic of the main dramatic conflict and it also includes historic point of view. The second part appertain to five practical film analyzes that are based on films together with a screenplays. It reveals the changes that was made during the editing process and the way how they impacted the story structure.

Rating system from support of young farmers

The topic of this thesis is to evaluate the rating system from support of young farmers. The theoretical part of the work draws from the literature, legislative measures and internet resources. The work presents the basic historical data and changes which the Czech Republic has undergone since joining the European Union and the description of the individual institutions are closely linked subsidy policy. There is also a given rules governing young farmers in applying for a grant and definition of their responsibilities arising from the subsequent drawdown approved subsidy. The theoretical part also focuses on the issue of organic farming, which is a European Union increasingly supported and its expansion is included in all programming periods and using grants to less favored areas LFA. They are closely linked to young farmers and farming in these areas is for the applicant advantage at the time of submission.
Custom work is focused on the comparison of two contrasting regions and comparing of interest in agriculture from a gender perspective. Outside the applicants' interest is compared to their success, which is closely related to gender comparison. On the basis of comparison is the conclusion reached in a goal for the proposals and recommendations that can improve the efficiency of subsidies for young farmers and aid and for the future performance of the agricultural sector in the country.
