[cze][eng] Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na oblast financování nestátních neziskových organizací v České republice, konkrétně na zajištění jejich finanční stability. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části - teoretickou a praktickou. První z nich je zaměřena na současný stav řešené problematiky v širším kontextu a je podkladem pro analýzu praxe. Věnuje se ekonomickým aspektům, které souvisí s financováním nestátních neziskových organizací, dále fundraisingu a dostupným fundraisingovým zdrojům, které mohou nestátní neziskové organizace v našem prostředí využívat. Praktická část této diplomové práce obsahuje případovou studii české nestátní neziskové organizace - Sdružení Linka bezpečí. V této části práce je popsán způsob využívání fundraisingových zdrojů a zajištění finanční stability Sdružení Linka bezpečí. Jsou zde prezentovány výsledky fundraisingového auditu, který autorka této diplomové práce v uvedené organizaci realizovala. Praktickou část práce uzavírá zhodnocení fundraisingu Sdružení Linka bezpečí.This master's thesis is concerned with the financing of NGOs in the Czech Republic particularly in terms of ensuring their finantial stability. Divided into theoretical and practical part, it focuses on studying the present situation in NGOs financing in a broader context, describing the relevant economic aspects and fundraising resources. The practical part is designed as the case study of the Safe Line Association, analysing the utilization of fundraisign resources and the way of ensuring the financial stability of the organization. It presents the results of the fundraising audit, carried out in the organization by the author of this thesis, and its evaluation.
