The Development of Singing Skills in Children?s Choirs in the Lower Grades of Primary Schools
Heřmanová, Lenka ; Veverková, Jana (advisor) ; Tichá, Alena (referee)
This diploma work is intended on the progress of singing skills in children's choirs at primary schools, it means what kind of exercises are used within the framework of voice culture. It is divided in several parts: History of children's choirs in the Czech Republic - here is brief information about development of this type of choirs in our republic. There is only general information about children's choirs until 1918 and the next years do more into details. Singing skills - here you can find several possibilities of classification (by Hana Váňová and Ladislav Daniel) and some of skills are described and explained more in detail. Games and motivations for children - it is here to bring a theory near to children. It is good to take advantage of games or another activities to progress of concrete skills. There are some ideas in this part. School choirs - here is brief information about types of children's choirs, importance and aims of choral singing or optional subject Choral singing at primary and secondary schools. Exercises before singing - this part is introduced with some information about exercises before singing, but here are main observations and exercises, which I have got from my calls on choice and also not choice children's choirs. The objective of this work was to size up my knowledge...

English book titles in gerundial form
Blaheta, Radek ; Dušková, Libuše (advisor) ; Šaldová, Pavlína (referee)
The category of gerund is a symptomatic component of the grammatical system of present-day English. Numerous studies have dealt with its nature and functions as well as with its delimitation as opposed to related forms of present participle or verbal noun. No matter whether the term gerund is used or not and whether it is theoretically sustainable to differentiate between the related -ing forms, it is obvious that the -ing form that in many contexts clearly displays both nominal and verbal features plays a crucial role within both written and spoken discourse. Nonetheless, apart from the gerund operating within continuous texts, it is revealing to explore its behaviour and functions in the text-frame components, particularly the title, i.e. a text-frame component with a crucial role in the printed publication of a book type. In this context, it is necessary to present 3 basic starting points of the present study: 1. the notion of gerund as a grammatical category is retained in this study (see 2.1.3); 2. a new term - gerund title l - is introduced in order to capture the analyzed structures (see the detailed characterization in 2.3); 3. the analysis is largely based on the functional approach.

The Way to Literature using the Resources of Drama Education Methods

Influence of Al ionts in nickel hydroxide on behaviour of electrodes
Růžička, Tomáš ; Vrbický, Jiří (referee) ; Sedlaříková, Marie (advisor)
This master's thesis is concerned with the influence of aluminate ions added in various concentrations into the structure of nicel hydroxide that creates Ni-Cd accumulators positive electrode active mass basis nowadays. Nicel hydroxide occurs in two basic modifications ? and ß. Nowadays used ß modification reaches low capacity in comparison with ? modification. The disadvantage of ? modification is its instability and gradual degradation to ß modification. The aim of this diploma paper is to select the optimal amount of aluminate additives into the structure of nicel hydroxide with regard to electrochemical efficiency, stability, and degradation degree of the accumulated layer.

Study of the impact of the new energy block Domoradice on local climate II
Sokol, Zbyněk ; Řezáčová, Daniela
The study stems from a previous work, where we used a mathematical model CT-PLUME / DOM. It is a basic model CT-PLUME adapted to assess the effect of mechanical cooling towers located in Domoradice on the model area. This study differs from the previous one in two respects: it processes 3-year period (2013, 2014 and 2015) and in addition to the basic climatic characteristics pays attention to icing. For this study, the basic module used before should be extended to model the conditions for the formation of ice in the vicinity. The final version of the model used in this study is referred to as CT-PLUME / DOM-2.

Transport as a factor influencing animal welfare
Vandrovcová, Michaela ; Hofmanová, Barbora (advisor) ; Kracíková, Olga (referee)
This thesis deals with transport as the influence that greatly affects and reduces welfare. In the thesis are the general rules and conditions to ensure good animal welfare, as well as an explanation of what it actually means animal welfare. Part of my work deals with indicators that disrupt these conditions and that are part of transportation or general handling the animals. In the thesis are also mentioned factors that indicate poor welfare or causes distortions. As a supplement to this part of the thesis are the specifics of the basic kinds of livestock: pigs, cattle, poultry and horses. As a result of deterioration of welfare are in the thesis the possible defect of meat after slaughter and the principle of formation of these defects under increased stress. An integral part are also requirements for the loader and the actual conditions for the transport of live animals.

Variability of Execution Environments for Component-based Systems
Malohlava, Michal ; Bureš, Tomáš (advisor) ; Racek, Stanislav (referee) ; Duchien, Laurence (referee)
Reuse is considered as one of the most crucial software engineering concerns. It allows for delivering software systems faster with less effort. Therefore, the thesis explores limits of reuse in the context of component systems. It analyzes in depth contemporary component systems, finds their commonalities and variation points, and introduces a meta-component system -- a software product line which allows for producing a tailored component system based on a set of requirements. The thesis addresses the meta-component system definition and focuses on its crucial aspects which play the key role in component systems preparation- (1) a configurable execution environment and (2) generation of implementation artifacts. To address the first aspect, the thesis proposes a model-driven method for creating configurable execution environments. Motivated by creating execution environments, the thesis contributes to (2) by introducing a notion of domain-specific languages interoperability in the context of the code generation. Furthermore, the thesis elaborates the proposed notion resulting into a family of interoperable domain-specific languages which is parametrized by a general purpose language.

Stress in working environment
Vágnerová, Šárka ; Michálek, Pavel (advisor) ; Daniel, Daniel (referee)
The diploma thesis deals with the issue of a stress load in the working environment, specifically of employees of the criminal police. The theoretical part provides a general definition of basic concepts such as stress, personality or resistance. It introduces the various types of stress, its symptoms, causes and possible responses to psychological stress. The larger section is devoted to stress in the working conditions. It describes the most common stressors, risk of a burnout and possibility of stress reduction in general and directly for the police officers. The knowledge gained from the theoretical foundations is applied in the empirical part. The aim of the empirical part is to find the level of stress load among respondents from the ranks of the criminal police using qualitative methods of investigation, interview, in combination with the use of a questionnaire Meister. This section focuses on the positive and negative factors in the workplace, preventive measures and assesses differences based on gender, age, length of practice or marital status.
