This bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation and motivation system and it also focuses on the remuneration of employees and on providing the employee’s benefits at the chosen employer. On the basis of theoretical findings and on the basis of the results of analysis of employer, I suggest the changes of the remuneration and motivation system. The aim of this suggestion is to support the improvement of the relationship between employer and employees.

This thesis deal with proposal on a new regulátory base of selected components and portfolio in th particular company. The first part of thesis containstheoretical basis and totalanalysis of the company. In the second part of this thesis is created new standard of components including sugestion of the calculation. Finally total assets are evaluated in this thesis.
The System of Remuneration of Employees and Proposal of Changes in Selected Agricultural Cooperative

The dissertation deals with the employee remuneration system in the Agricultural cooperative Klučov – Lhota and the proposal of changes in this area. In the practical part, basic terms regarding remuneration are considered. Then an analysis of the current state both in the cooperative and in its surroundings is processed. The outcome of the whole study is a SWOT analysis, on the basis of which changes are proposed in the area of the remuneration of employees. The aims of these changes are to increase the welfare of the employees and to stabilize the personnel situation of the cooperative.

The object of the bachelor thesis is analysis of employee evaluation in production and technical economic departments in ELKO EP, Ltd. Based on facts, the work is proposing possible improvements of the existing employee evaluation system in production, as well as suggesting a new evaluation system for technical economic employees. The new evaluation system would reduce expenditures of company wages funds, being at the same time motivation stimulus for company employees.

The theses deals with remuneration system in selected business with accent of possible resources of employees benefit rendition for supporting increase of motivation, productivity of labour and employees satisfaction. The first part of the theses is focused on explanation of basic concepts in remuneration area. In the second part the current system of renumeration is evaluated based on made analysis. The attention of the analysis was centred on benefits provided to employees. Based on detected facts it was then followed by examination of benefits suitability as motivational and employee satisfaction tool. Action plan suggestion with emphasis on employees benefits was made from the analysis results which should improve the current renumeration system.

115 Comparison of Czech and Swedish legislation on gender equality in pay for equal work with application in professional sport Abstract The basis of this thesis is the hypothesis that, given the statistical results achieved by the Kingdom of Sweden across Europe, and even globally, in terms of the success of gender-equal pay for work of equal value, it is likely that many legislative and other support tools used in Sweden to achieve minimum to zero differences in pay for men, women and other gender people, are a absent in the Czech Republic given its statistical score and therefore also in noticeably worse result compared to Sweden's location. The aim of this thesis is therefore to assess whether this hypothesis is correct and, if necessary, to select individual institutes that help to effectively prevent gender inequalities in pay for work of equal value in Sweden, which should be incorporated into, or at least partially inspired by, the Czech legal order. To test the hypothesis set out, the work first looks at the very notion of gender and its complexity in collecting statistics on equal pay for work of equal value. This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of employee remuneration system in a selected company in a specific department and is divided into three parts. The theoretical part defines and explains the basic concepts and problems of the issue. In the subsequent analytical part, a survey of employee and management satisfaction with the remuneration system is conducted, together with an analysis of internal and external factors. The last and final part focuses on suggestions for improving the current remuneration system.
